هذا البحث يناقش قضية أمنية مهمة، بل من أعظم الفتن التي حلت بالأمة الإسلامية، وكانت ذات آثار، وتبعات عالمية، وهي فتنة الخروج عن الجماعة، ومنازعة أولياء أمور المسلمين حقوقهم التي أمر الله بطاعتهم فيها.. وقد تناولت في هذا البحث: مسألة الجماعة والإمارة، وحقوقهما، وما يترتب على الخروج عليهما من عقوبات شرعية، وموقف أهل الحديث من هذا الأصل المهم من أصول المعتقد.. وتبين منه: 1. أن لزوم جماعة المسلمين وإمامهم من الواجبات في الشريعة الإسلامية. 2. أن طاعة ولي الأمر المسلم من أصول العقيدة المهمة. 3. أن الخروج على ولي الأمر له عواقب وخيمة، من أعظمها سفك الدماء، والموت على معصية الله ورسوله. 4. أن بدعة الخروج شعارها التكفير، واستحلال سفك الدماء بالتأويل الفاسد. 5. أن الخوارج أخفروا ذمة المسلمين في عدوانهم على الأجانب. 6. أن من أهم أسباب الخروج عدم لزم المنهج الصحيح في الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر والجهاد في سبيل الله. وقد ضمنته نصوصاً نادرة عن أئمة السلف والخلف، في التحذير من الخروج والموقف الشرعي من الخوارج. وإني لأرجو أن يسهم في مقاومة فكر التطرف والغلو، الذي ظهر من بعض شباب المسلمين اليوم.
This research discusses an important security issue, which is considered one of the most serious turmoil taking place in Islamic nation with international consequences and effects. Such turmoil is the act of violating the common law of the group and disputing guardians of Muslims in their rights, which were ordered by Allah to be obeyed. This research handles the issue of "Al-Jama'a" (The group) and the "Eimara" (Delegated power for leadership), their rights and the judicial punishments arising as a result of the violation of their rules (The act of disputing against them), and the position of "Ahl-Alhadith", as to this important principle of faith. It has been revealed from the study of thereof that: 1- Adherence to Muslims1 "Jama’a" and their leader (Imam) is one of the obligations in the Islamic Shari'a. 2- The obedience of the Muslim's guardian is one of the important principles of faith. 3- The dissidence from the guardian’s command has serous consequences, the most dangerous of which is blood shedding and dying as disobedient to Allah and his messenger. 4- The "Bida'a" (Unprecedented mal act) of dissidence claims an allege of others' disbelief, permitting bloodshed by wrong interpretation. 5- The dissenters have breached the Muslims' guarantee, by attacking foreigners. 6- One of the most important reasons for dissidence is non-adherence to right approach when calling for "Maroof" (The commonly accepted acts), forbidding "Munkar "(Shameful acts) and calling for "Jehad" ( sacred war for the sake of Allah). I have incorporated in thereof, rare statements of ancesors and successors, warning from dissidence, and explaining judicial position with respect to dissenters (Out-laws persons). I hope this will contribute in controlling extremity concepts adopted by some Muslim youths of today.
