|b Training plays an effective role to face many of the problems that appear inside the educational organization, so training becomes one of the important subjects as it provides individuals with the needed information and skills needed to improve their performance. As a result dealing with principals has changed, from a director to the leader who has the ability to affect the people around him whom he deals with. Further more, the world has witnesses un expected changes in the field of knowledge and information.as well as the methods though which can be kept and transferred. Supporting and developing skillful people has become a must to help them to go up with developments and changes to make the best use of it.
