تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحقيق فعالية إدارة المدارس الابتدائية بشمال سيناء، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (250) مديرا ووكيلا ومعلمين بالمدارس الابتدائية بالإضافة لبعض الإداريين بمعامل الحاسب الآلي، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: أن استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية يساعد إدارة المدرسة في أنجاز الكثير من الأعمال، كما أنها تقدم خدمات سريعة باقل وقت وتكلفة، واستخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية يؤدى لسرعة تخزين المعلومات واستدعاء البيانات المطلوبة في أي وقت، كما أتضح وجود القصور التكنولوجي بالعديد من المدارس ويرجع ذلك لضعف الوعى لدى الإدارة المدرسية بأهمية الإدارة الإلكترونية، واشتملت الدراسة على ست فصول الأول الاطار العام، والثاني الأسس النظرية لتطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بالمدارس الابتدائية، والثالث استخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتفعيل إدارة المدرسة، والفصل الرابع الفلسفة التربوية والتنظيمية لإدارة المدرسة الابتدائية، والخامس الدراسة الميدانية وتحليل النتائج وتفسيراتها، وفي الفصل السادس تم وضع التصور المقترح لاستخدام الإدارة الإلكترونية لتحقيق فعالية إدارة المدارس الابتدائية بشمال سيناء.
The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of management in achieving the effectiveness of primary schools management in north Sinai. And the study was conducted on a sample of (250) managers, deputy mangers and teachers in primary schools in addition to some administrators of the computer lab. The study was based on the descriptive approach ,And The study found that: The use of electronic management helps the school administration to accomplish a lot of work, and it provides quick services in the least time and cost. , And the use of electronic management leads to store information fast and call the required data at any time, and it was clear that there was a lack of technology in many schools due to the lack of awareness in the school administration of the importance of electronic management. The study included six chapters the first was the general framework, and the second theoretical foundations for the application of electronic management in primary schools, and the third was the use of electronic administration to activate the school administration, and Chapter four educational and organizational philosophy for the management of primary school, and the fifth was a field study and analysis of the results and their interpretations, and in Chapter six was Develop a a proposed suggestion for the use of electronic management in achieving the effectiveness of primary schools management in north Sinai.
