|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الضغوط النفسية وعلاقتها بالكفاءة الذاتية لدى عينة من العاملين بمجمع الشفاء الطبي بمحافظة غزة، والتعرف على دلالة الفروق الإحصائية في مستوى كل من الضغوط النفسية، والكفاءة الذاتية وفقا لمتغيرات: (النوع، العمر، المؤهل التعليمي، سنوات الخدمة، الدخل الشهري، طبيعة العمل)، كذلك الكشف عن إمكانية التنبؤ بمستوى الضغوط النفسية لمتغير الكفاءة الذاتية. واستخدمت الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة مكونة من (122) عاملا، استخدمت الباحثتان مقياس الضغوط النفسية، والكفاءة الذاتية من إعدادها، واستخدمت برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: أن مستوى الضغوط النفسية لدى العاملين بمجمع الشفاء الطبي بمحافظة غزة متوسطة، ومستوى الكفاءة الذاتية لدى العاملين بمجمع الشفاء الطبي بمحافظة غزة ظهرت بدرجة كبيرة، وعدم وجود علاقة بين الضغوط النفسية والكفاءة الذاتية حيث كانت قيمة المعنوية أكبر من 5% وهذا غير دال إحصائيا، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات مقياس الضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغير النوع، وسنوات الخدمة، والمؤهل العلمي، وطبيعة العمل، ولا يوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية تعزى لمتغير النوع، والعمر، وسنوات الخدمة، والدخل الشهري، والمؤهل العلمي، وطبيعة العمل، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في متوسط درجات مقياس الضغوط النفسية تعزى لمتغير العمر، والدخل الشهري. وأوردت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات منها: تنفيذ برامج متابعة من أخصائيين نفسيين من أجل التخفيف من التوتر الناشئ من بيئة العمل والعمل مع الحالات الخطرة والصعبة، وإعداد برامج تدريبية وتأهيلية تشجع العاملين على تقبل الظروف الوظيفية لمهنتهم. وكما أوردت بعض المقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية منها: العمل على إجراء بحث للمقارنة بين العاملين في القطاع الصحي في المستشفيات الحكومية والمستشفيات الأهلية فضلا عن بحث مقارن مع العاملين في دول أخرى وذلك للنهوض بالقطاع الصحي بفلسطين. وإجراء دراسات ميدانية تشمل كافة العاملين في القطاع الصحي والتعرف على احتياجاتهم النفسية والاجتماعية.
|b The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological stress and its relationship to self-efficacy among a sample of workers at Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza Governorate, and to identify the significance of statistical differences at the level of both psychological stress and self-efficacy according to the variables: (gender, age, educational qualification, years of service, monthly income, nature of work), as well as revealing the possibility of predicting the level of psychological stress for the self-efficacy variable. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and selected a sample of (122) workers. Besides, the psychological stress scale was used, and self-efficacy was prepared by the researcher. The Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze data. The study found the most important results: the level of psychological stress among workers at Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza governorate is medium, the level of self-efficacy among workers in Al-Shifa Medical Complex in Gaza governorate appeared to a large extent, there is no relationship between psychological stress and self-efficacy, where the value of morale is greater than 5% and this it is not statistically significant, there are no statistically significant differences in the average scores of the psychological stress scale due to the variable of gender, years of service, educational qualification, and nature of work, there are no statistically significant differences in the average scores of the self-efficacy scale due to the variable of gender, age, and years of service, monthly income, educational qualification, and nature of work, and there are statistically significant differences in the average scores of the psychological stress scale due to the variable of age and monthly income. The study made a number of recommendations, including: implementing follow-up programs from psychologists in order to alleviate the tension arising from the work environment and working with dangerous and difficult cases, and preparing training and rehabilitation programs that encourage workers to accept the functional conditions of their profession. Some proposals for future studies were also mentioned, including: Working on a research to compare workers in the health sector in government and private hospitals, as well as a comparative research with workers in other countries in order to advance the health sector in Palestine. Conducting field studies that include all health sector workers and identifying their psychological and social needs.
