المستخلص: تتميز الأحاديث النبوية بكثرة أسلوب الشرط في كلام الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم؛ لأن الحديث الشريف فيه تشريع للناس، وكثيراً من أحكامه وأحواله مرتبطة بجزاء. لذا سيناقش هذا البحث: أدوات الشرط في كتابي الجهاد والنكاح من سنن الإمام النسائي، وتكمن مشكلة البحث في ضعف الجهود المعنية بالتوظيف الحديثي في العملية التعليمية؛ لذلك آثر الباحث البحث في مصادر الثروة اللغوية في الحديث الشريف، ويهدف البحث إلى بيان مفهوم الشرط، وأسلوبه، وأدواته الجازمة وغير الجازمة، والتعرف على مواضع أدوات الشرط الجازمة وغير الجازمة في كتابي الجهاد والنكاح من السنن الصغرى (المجتبى) للإمام النسائي، والكشف عن دلالة الأساليب الشرطية الواردة في السياقات الحديثية المختلفة، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في بحثه لمناسبته لمثل هذه الدراسات.

The prophetic Hadiths are characterized by the abundance of the conditional style in the words of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Because the Hadith contains legislation for people, and many of its rulings and conditions are linked to a reward. Therefore, this research discusses: the tools of the condition in the two books of Jihad and Nikah from Sunan Al-Imam Al-Nisa’i. The problem of the research lies in the weakness of the efforts concerned with modern employment in the educational process; It is not considered one of the starting points or entrances to education in many curricula, and the beholder does not find a grammatical rule except that it is included in the honorable Hadith, and it was one of its witnesses, due to its comprehensiveness and maturity; It is the words of the best of the wilderness, which does not speak out of whims, and as a result the researcher preferred to search for the sources of linguistic wealth in the noble hadith, and the research aims to clarify the concept of the condition, its style, and its firm and non-conclusive tools, and to identify the locations of the assertive and non-firm condition tools in the books Jihad and Nikah. From Al-Sunan Al-Soghra (Al-Mujtabi) by Imam Al-Nasa’i, and revealing the significance of the conditional methods contained in different modern contexts. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method in his research due to its relevance to such studies. Al-Nikah is one of the Sunnahs of Imam An-Nasa’i. Because the condition is one of the methods in which the discourse is more general, and its result has a stronger impact on the soul in proportion to the goal of the Hadiths, and the tools of the assertive condition came in the books of Jihad and Nikah more than the tools of the non-firm condition, where the tools of the assertive condition were mentioned fifty-three times, while the tools of the condition were mentioned It is not assertive twenty times, and it is not correct to say that the pattern in which the conditional verb comes in the present and its answer is in the past is specific to poetry.
