المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بمنطقة التجارة الحرة القارية الأفريقية وأهميتها لدول القارة في تحقيق التنمية والتطور من جهة وكذا دور الاتفاقية في الحفاظ على استقلالية القارة من خلال تشجيع المبادلات التجارية البينية الأفريقية- الأفريقية بدلا عن التجارة الخارجية، وتبين من خلال هذه الدراسة أنه بعد ما يربو عن عقد من الزمن عن إمضاء الاتفاقية لا زالت صادرات الدول الأفريقية تعتمد على الخامات وموارد الطاقة والمعادن بأقل الأسعار فيما تحصل على وارداتها الصناعية خاصة بفواتير باهظة، ما يجعل الميزان التجاري في حالة عجز.

This This study seeks to define the African Continental Free Trade area and its importance for the countries of the continent in achieving development first, as well as the role of the agreement in maintaining the independence of the continent by encouraging intra-African trade exchanges instead of foreign trade away from control and influence, so this study found that more than a decade after the signing of the agreement, the exports of African countries still depend on raw materials, energy resources and minerals at the lowest prices, while they receive their industrial imports, especially with exorbitant bills, which makes the trade balance in a state of deficit.

étude vise à définir la zone de libre-échange continentale africaine et son importance pour les pays du continent dans la réalisation du développement d'une part, ainsi que le rôle de l'accord dans le maintien de l'indépendance du continent en encourageant les relations intra-africaines, plus d'une décennie après la signature de l'accord, les exportations des pays africains dépendent toujours des matières premières, des ressources énergétiques et des minéraux aux prix les plus bas, alors qu'ils reçoivent leurs importations industrielles, en particulier avec des factures exorbitantes, ce qui rend la balance commerciale en déficit.
