المستخلص: The objective of this article is to examine the explanatory factors of the diversification of exports in Algeria over the period 1995-2020. The results of the multiple regression showed that most of the explanatory variables had a relationship with export diversification. Specifically, GDP per capita, trade openness and credit provided to the private sector. However, only credit provided to the private sector showed the expected positive sign. The results suggest a structural transformation of the Algerian economy and the improvement of the business climate and the conditions of access to credits.

L'objectif de cet article est d'examiner les facteurs explicatifs de la diversification des exportations en Algérie sur la période 1995-2020. Les résultats de la régression multiple ont montré que l’essentiel des variables explicatives avaient une relation avec la diversification des exportations. Plus précisément, le PIB par habitant, l'ouverture commerciale et le crédit fourni au secteur privé. Cependant, seul le crédit fourni au secteur privé présentait le signe positif attendu. Les résultats suggèrent une transformation structurelle de l'économie algérienne et l’amélioration du climat des affaires et les conditions d’accès aux crédits.
