المستخلص: أقسم الله سبحانه وتعالى في كتابه العزيز بنفسه المقدسة، وبما شاء من مخلوقاته على ما شاء من الأمور، ومنها أصول الاعتقاد، ووصف قسمه بأنه قسم عظيم، وهو من كمال الحجة بتنوع طرق خطاب المكلفين؛ لذا عنى هذا البحث بدراسة القسم الإلهي من خلال استنباط شيء من حكمه، وتمييز أقسامه، وبيان تعلقه، وتحرير ما يترتب على تعلقه في مسألة الحلف بغير الله، ودراسة استعمالاته العقدية في القرآن الكريم، مطبقا منهج الاستقراء لتتبع موارده، ومنهج التحليل في دراسة دلائله، ومنهج النقد للرد على من جوز الحلف بغير الله استنادا إلى قسم الله بما شاء من خلقه. وتبين للباحث أن معنى القسم والحلف واحد، إلا أن الأصل في القسم أن يكون في اليقينيات والحلف لمطلق اليمين، وأن لقسم الله جلا جلاله حكما كثيرة، وأن أقسام قسمه دالة على كماله وتوحيده، وأن قسمه متعلق بمشيئته؛ فهو يقسم بما شاء لما شاء. وأما أيمان عباده فموقوفة على الدليل الذي جاء بتحريم الحلف بغير الله، وأن من حلف بغير الله فإنه يقع في الإثم وذرائع الشرك، كما تبين أن أصول العقيدة في التوحيد، والقدر، والملائكة، والكتب، والرسل، واليوم الآخر، قررت وأكدت بهذا القسم العظيم.

Allah, the Almighty, swears by Himself in His Holy Book and by whatever He wills of His creatures and by whatever He wills of things, like the foundations of creed. He described His oath as the great oath. This is a way of perfecting argumentation, because it mentions different ways in addressing those who are religiously accountable. Because of that, this research aimed to study the Divine Oath by deducing some of its wisdoms, distinguishing its categories, explaining its associations, clarifying how it is related to the issue of swearing oaths by others than Allah and studying the ways it is used in creedal issues in the Noble Qur’an. This was made by using the inductive method to trace its resources, the analytical method to study its evidences and the critical method to refute those who made it permissible to swear oaths by others than Allah based on that Allah swears oaths on what He wills of His creation. The research clarified that the meaning of swearing and oaths are the same, but usually the word oath is mentioned in things that are certain and the word swearing is mentioned in general oaths. The study also concluded that there are many wisdoms behind that Allah swears oaths. When Allah does that it shows His perfection and oneness. He swears oaths based on His will, so He swears by whatever He wants and whenever He wants. When it comes to the oaths made by His creation, then it has been clarified that it is not permissible to swear oaths by others than Allah, and whoever does that is sinful and it is a pretext to polytheism. The research further concluded that the foundations of creed like the belief in monotheism, predestination, angels, messengers and the Last Day have all been established through this great oath.
