المستخلص: يتناول البحث قضية من قضايا علم الجرح والتعديل التي لها أثر في الحكم على رواة الأحاديث، وهي تتعلق بالراوي المتأخر، وقد جعلت عنوان البحث "شروط الراوي المتأخر" وقسمته إلى مقدمة وتمهيد ومبحثين وخاتمة. أما المقدمة فذكرت فيها أهمية الموضوع وأسباب اختياره، ومشكلته، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجه وخطته، ويهدف إلى بيان مكانة السنة وعلم الإسناد والجرح والتعديل، وبيان شروط الراوي المتأخر. وذكرت في التمهيد التعريف بالجرح والتعديل والراوي المتأخر، كما ذكرت تقريرات المحدثين في التوسع والتساهل مع الرواة المتأخرين، وإجمال شروط الراوي المتأخر. ثم تناولت في المبحث الأول الشرط الأول للراوي المتأخر وهو أن يكون مسلمًا بالغًا عاقلًا غير متظاهر بالفسق والسخف، كما ذكرت فيه أيضًا الشرط الثاني من شروط الراوي المتأخر، وهو أن يكون لسماعاته أصولًا صحيحة يروي منها. وأما المبحث الثاني فقد ذكرت فيه الشرط الثالث والأخير للراوي المتأخر، وهو أن يروي الراوي المتأخر من أصوله أو نسخ مقابلة عليها فقد نقل سماعه عليها. والخاتمة ذكرت أهم النتائج ومنها أن للراوي المتأخر شروط تختلف عن الشروط في الراوي المتقدم، وغيرها، ثم أردفت هذه النتائج بعدد من التوصيات المتعلقة بموضوع البحث، كأن تقوم المؤسسات العلمية بجمع القضايا الحديثية في موسوعة علمية مختصة.

This research deals with one of the issues of the science of wound and modification that have an impact on judging the narrators of hadiths. As for the introduction, it mentioned the importance of the subject, the reasons for choosing it, its problem, its objectives, previous studies, its method and its plan, and it indicated that it aims to clarify the status of the Sunnah in general, and the science of chain of transmission, jarh and modification in particular, and the conditions of the late narrator . And I mentioned in the preface the reports of the modernists regarding the expansion and leniency with the later narrators, and the summary of the conditions of the late narrator . Then I dealt with in the first section the first condition of the conditions of the late narrator, which is that he be a sane adult Muslim who does not pretend to be immoral and absurd, and I also mentioned in it the second condition of the conditions of the late narrator, which is that his hearings must have sound principles that he narrates from . As for the second topic, I mentioned the third and final condition of the late narrator, which is that the late narrator narrates from his origins or corresponding copies on which he has transmitted his hearing on them . And the conclusion mentioned a number of results, the most prominent of which is that the late narrator has conditions that differ from the conditions in the advanced narrator, and others, then these results were supplemented with a number of recommendations related to the topic of research, such as scientific institutions collecting issues that have an impact on narrators wound and modification in a specialized scientific encyclopedia.
