| 520 | |b The growing importance of the knowledge-based economy also known as the knowledge based economy (KFC) in the process of growth and development of countries is well established. The central objective of our paper is to highlight that: The EFC is the spearhead for an emergence of the Algerian economy. Its culture within Algerian society constitutes the main key to entry into the world of economic and social development. Also, for its development in Algeria, certain fundamental levers must be implemented. |d L’importance croissante de l’économie du savoir connue également sous le nom d’économie fondée sur la connaissance (EFC) dans le processus de croissance et le développement des pays n’est plus à démontrer. L’objectif central de notre papier est de mettre en exergue que: L’EFC constitue le fer de lance pour une émergence de l’économie algérienne. Sa culture au sein de la société algérienne constitue la principale clé d’entrée dans le monde du développement économique et social. Aussi, pour son essor en Algérie, certains leviers fondamentaux doivent être mis en oeuvre. | ||
