المستخلص: The purpose of this study was to establish an SBSC for the Algerian university to effectively manage the national strategy for SD. Based on a descriptive and critical analysis, the results showed that our system does not have adequate management tools to improve its performance towards a best practice of SD implementation, it is still in its primitive phase, but with the recent national laws concerning quality assurance as well as the mechanism of the STARTUP and the PATENT, the Algerian university will need a new management tool to modernize its management, of which the SBSC will be the most appropriate tool in the elaborating strategies for SD practices and the improvement of its overall performance.

Le but de cette étude était d'établir un SBSC pour l'université algérienne afin de mener d’une manière efficace la gestion d’une stratégie de DD. Basant sur une analyse descriptive et critique, les résultats ont montré que notre système ne possède pas des outils de gestion adéquats pour améliorer sa performance vers une meilleure pratique de mise en oeuvre de DD, il est encore dans sa phase primitive mais avec les récentes lois nationales concernant l’assurance qualité, le mécanisme du Startup et du brevet, l'université algérienne auras besoin un nouveau outil de gestion pour moderniser sa gestion dont les SBSC sera l'outil le plus adéquat dans la mise en place des pratiques de DD ainsi l’amélioration de sa performance globale.
