|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة التكامل بين أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية والاستدامة وتأثير هذا التكامل على الأداء المؤسسي نظريا وميدانيا، استخدمت معاملات الارتباط ونماذج الانحدار لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة استنادا إلى مخرجات برنامج SPSS، وتأكيد النموذج الفرضي الذي يفترض وجود علاقة تكامل بين أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية والاستدامة وتحسين هذا التكامل للأداء المؤسسي، حيث تم الاعتماد على 50 استبيان وزع بمؤسسة نفطال بونوارة قسنطينة الجزائر. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تكامل بين أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية والاستدامة حيث يحسن هذا التكامل الأداء المؤسسي.
|b This study aims to identify the relationship of integration between the dimensions of social responsibility and sustainability and the impact of this integration on institutional performance in models based on outputs of the SPSS program. In addition, to confirm the hypothetical mode, where it was based on 50 questionnaires distributed at Naftal Bounowara Constantine, Algeria. The study concluded that there is an integration relationship between the dimensions of corporate social responsibility, as this integration improves institutional performance theoretically and in the field.
