|b More and more, small businesses are highly placed in the development of the national economy. However, failure and survival have been seriously noticed, and also, it’s been necessary to know why so many small businesses disappear during the first years of their creation. Our approach is based on: First; literature review based on determinist approach, contingencies and population ecology theories enriched by other theories explaining the individual and sectoral determinants of failure or bankruptcy. Secondly; a presentation of the different possible scenarios of failure. The purpose of this work is to better understand this complex and polysemic concept and focuses on highlighting the specificity variables or determinants responsible for failure
|d De plus en plus, les petites entreprises sont hautement placées dans le développement de l’économie nationale. Pour cela, l’échec et la survie de cette entité sont des sujets d’investigation, dans cet article nous allons essayer de savoir pourquoi tant de nouvelles petites entreprises échouent tôt. Notre démarche est basée sur : Premièrement ; une analyse de la littérature basée sur l’approche déterministe et des théories de l écologie des populations enrichie par d’autres théories explicatives des déterminants individuels et sectoriels de l’échec ou de faillite, Deuxièmement ; une présentation des différents scénarios possibles de l échec. L’objet de ce travail est de cerner l’échec entrepreneurial qui est un concept complexe et polysémique et s’attache à mettre en exergue la spécificité des variables ou déterminants responsables de l’échec.
