|a سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تقصي مستوى رضا الطلبة عن الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي العلوم من وجهة نظرهم، وتأثير مستوى الرضا لديهم في مستوى ثقتهم بأنفسهم في الغرفة الصفية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (675) طالبا وطالبة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العنقودية من طلبة الصف العاشر الأساسي من المدارس الحكومية في مديرية قصبة إربد للعام الدراسي (2018 / 2019)، تكونت أداة الدراسة من استبانة للكشف عن مستوى الرضا عندهم، ومقياس للكشف عن مستوى ثقتهم بأنفسهم في ضوء مستوى الرضا. أظهرت النتائج مستوى رضا منخفض عند الطلبة عن الأداء التدريسي لمعلميهم وفقًا للمقياس الكلي، ولم تظهر فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الرضا تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، والتحصيل في العلوم، والتوجه المستقبلي. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود مستوى منخفض من الثقة بالنفس لدى الطلبة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الثقة تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، والتحصيل في العلوم، والتوجه المستقبلي. كما تبين وجود أثر لمستوى رضا الطلبة المتدني عن الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي العلوم في مستوى ثقتهم بأنفسهم. وفي ضوء النتائج قدم الباحثان عددًا من التوصيات أبرزها توعية المعلمين بالآثار النفسية المترتبة على الطلبة في ضوء أداءهم الأكاديمي.
|b The study examined the level of students' satisfaction with the science teachers' teaching performance and the impact of their Satisfaction level on their self-confidence in the classroom in the light of a number of variables. The sample of the study consisted of (675) tenth grade male and female students selected by cluster method from public schools in the directorate of Irbid Kasbah for the academic year (2018/2019). The researcher constructed a questionnaire covering teaching performance, and a questionnaire to reveal their level of confidence in the light of the level of satisfaction. The results showed a low level of satisfaction among students on the teaching performance of their teachers, and there were no statistically significant differences in the level of satisfaction according to the gender variable, achievement in science, or future orientation. The results also revealed the existence of a low level of self-confidence among students, and there were no statistically significant differences in the level of confidence, according to the gender variable, achievement in science, or future orientation. It was also found that there was an effect of the students’ low level of satisfaction with the teaching performance of science teachers on their level of self-confidence. In light of the results, the researchers recommended that teachers be made aware of the psychological effects on students in light of educational strategies to develop students' self-confidence.
