المستخلص: من الظواهر المرضية التي تتراءى في المجتمع، وتشتد الحاجة لبيان ما يتعلق بها من أحكام فقهية: ظاهرة اللثغة الكلامية. واللثغة مرض من أمراض الكلام التي عنيت بها الدراسات اللغوية الحديثة (اللسانيات) وأصبح لها شأن كبير في مجال الصوتيات التجريبية؛ حتى لقد أحدثت أقسام خاصة في الجامعات العالمية لدراسة ظواهرها والتخصص فيها. ويتمثل الهدف من هذا البحث في بيان الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بظاهرة اللثغة الكلامية؛ وذلك من خلال تحديد مفهوم اللثغة والفرق بينها وبين الألفاظ ذات الصلة بها، وبيان حكم تعمد اللثغة في الكلام، وبيان أثر اللثغة في أحكام العبادات من أذان وصلاة وإمامة وخطبة، وفي أحكام المعاملات من نكاح وطلاق ومعاملات مالية، وفي أحكام الجنايات من إحداث لثغة في لسان الفصيح، والجناية على لسان، الألثغ، وتعييب الألثغ ومحاكاته. واتبعت في ذلك المنهج الوصفي: القائم على استقراء المادة العلمية التي تخدم موضوع البحث وعرضها عرضا مرتبا ترتيبا منهجيا، حسبما تقتضيه خطة البحث، والمنهج التحليلي: القائم على دراسة إشكاليات الموضوع العلمية من خلال عناصره الثلاث: التفسير، والنقد، والاستنباط.

One of the pathological phenomena that appears in society, and there is a great need to clarify the jurisprudential rulings related to it: the phenomenon of verbal lisp. Lisp is one of the diseases of speech that concerned modern linguistic studies (linguistics) and has become of great importance in the field of experimental phonetics. Even special departments have been created in international universities to study and specialize in their phenomena. The aim of this research is to clarify the jurisprudential rulings related to the phenomenon of verbal lisp. And that is by defining the concept of lisp and the difference between it and the words related to it, and clarifying the ruling on deliberate lingering in speech, and explaining the effect of lisp in the rulings of worship such as the call to prayer, prayer, imam and sermon, and in the rulings of transactions such as marriage, divorce and financial transactions, and in the rulings of felonies of creating a lisp in the tongue. Eloquent, and felony on the tongue of the tongue, and faulting and simulating Al thug. In that, it followed the descriptive approach: based on the extrapolation of the scientific material that serves the subject of the research and its presentation in a systematic order, as required by the research plan, and the analytical approach: based on the study of the scientific problems of the subject through its three elements: interpretation, criticism, and deduction.
