المستخلص: منطلق الدراسة الحالية هو أن الأوبئة تثير الرعب والهلع لدى البشرية جمعاء، نظرا لسرعة انتشارها وخطورتها على حياة الأنسان؛ مما قد يحيي مكامن القلق وغيرها من الردود النفسية والنفسوجسدية. ولهذا استهدفنا من الوهلة الأولى رصد ومعرفة طبيعة تمظاهرات الاضطراب النفسي والنفسوجسدي في المجتمع الجزائري لدى عينة الدراسة، من خلال معرفة نسبة انتشارها، وإمكانية نشوء الاضطراب النفسي، وكذا معرفة نسب انتشار الاكتئاب المقنع، ونسبة الاستعداد للاضطراب النفسوجسدي لدى عينة الدراسة؛ معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي الملائم لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، مستخدمين رائز صمم خصيصا لهذا الغرض، من طرف محمد أحمد النابلسي وزملائه، وقد تم التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية على البيئة المحلية للدراسة، مشتملة على عينة قوامها 95 فرد (32 ذكر و63 أنثى). لنحصل على النتائج الآتية: - نسبة انتشار الاضطراب النفسي لدى أفراد العينة فاقت المتوسط في بعض الأحيان بخلاف الاضطراب النفسوجسدي. - نسبة إمكانية نشوء الاضطراب النفسي لدى أفراد العينة واردة حيث فاقت المتوسط كما هو حاصل مع القلق. - نسبة الاكتئاب المقنع لدى عينة الدراسة يقترب من المتوسط وأحيانا يفوقه. - نسبة الاستعداد للاضطراب النفسوجسدي تحققت بنسبة كبيرة، نظرا لتوافر مسبباته ومحرضاته في البيئة المحلية لدى عينة الدراسة والتي ذكرناها في مظانها. طبيعة تمظاهرات الاضطراب النفسي تمثلت في القلق، الاكتئاب المقنع و2.1 % تمظاهرات نفسية أخرى قد تشمل الوساوس وغيرها، في حين لم تظهر طبيعة الاضطراب النفسوجسدي، نظرا للعوامل البيونفسواجتماعية التي تتداخل في نشوؤه وتحديد طبيعته.

The starting point of the current study is that epidemics provoke terror and panic for all mankind, due to the rapid spread and danger to human life, which may revive anxiety and other psychological and Psychosomatic, and for this we aimed at first monitoring and knowing the nature of the manifestations of psychological disorder and Psychosomatic in Algerian society in the sample of the study by knowing the rate of spread, And the possibility of the emergence and stability of the psychological disorder as well as knowledge of the prevalence of masked depression and the rate of readiness for Psychosomatic in the sample of the study, based on the appropriate descriptive approach to achieve the objectives of the study, using a specially designed basis designed for this purpose by Mohammed Ahmed Al-Nabulsi and his colleagues and whose psychometric properties have been confirmed to the local environment of the study with a sample of 95 individuals (32 males and 63 females), to obtain the following results: - The prevalence of psychiatric disorder in sample members is sometimes higher than the average in contrast to psychosomatic disorder. - The percentage of potential of the psychological disorder in sample members is present, as it exceeds the average as it is with anxiety. - The percentage of masked depression in the study sample is close to average and sometimes higher. - The readiness for Psychosomatic has been achieved by a large percentage, due to the availability of its characteristics and induces in the local environment in the sample of the study, which we mentioned in its study. - The nature of the manifestations of psychological disorder consisted of anxiety, masked depression and 2.1% other psychological events that may include Obsession and others, while the nature of the Psychosomatic, due to the biopsychosocial factors that interfere in its development and determining its nature.
