المستخلص: يعد الأمن الفكري من المصطلحات الحديثة نسبيا، حيث بدأ يأخذ مرتبة متقدمة في أعقاب التطور الكبير الذي شهده العالم، وفي ظل الثورة المعلوماتية الكبرى، ومع تطور وسائل الاتصال والمواصلات، وسهولة انتقال الثقافات وتأثر بعضها ببعض، وقد عني الإسلام بالأمن الفكري عناية بالغة وجعله ضرورة من الضرورات لأمن الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع والأمة، بل للإنسانية جميعا ليعيش الجميع في أمن واستقرار وطمأنينة، لذا جاء عنوان البحث "الأمن الفكري في الشريعة الإسلامية ودوره في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني ومحاربة الفكر المتطرف "دراسة تحليلية"، من أجل تحقيق أهداف البحث، فقد اعتمدت على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي، وذلك من خلال استقراء ركائز الأمن الفكري في الشريعة الإسلامية، وتحليل هذه الركائز وآلية التطبيق على الواقع، وتتلخص أهمية البحث في أن الأمن الفكري يحقق للأمة أهم خصائصها، وذلك بتحقيق التلاحم والوحدة في الفكر والمنهج والغاية، حماية الطفولة من الآثار السلبية للتغيرات المتسارعة والتي أفرزتها عوامل متعددة كدخول المرأة لميدان العمل، أو اغتراب الوالدين أو انفصالهما والذي نجم عنه نقص في الرعاية الأسرية، حماية المجتمع المسلم من ارتفاع نسبة الجريمة والعنف والتطرف والإرهاب وما ذلك إلا نتاج فكر منحرف ومعوج، حماية الفكر من منافذ الغزو الفكري أو الاستعمار الثقافي الذي يستهدف الإساءة إلى العقائد والمبادئ، تنمية الاقتصاد والمحافظة على ثروات المجتمع وخيراته، واستثمارها فيما يعود بالنفع عليه، مما يورث حالة الأمن والاستقرار للمواطنين، ومن أهم نتائج البحث أنه ليس للأديان السماوية علاقة بالتطرف الفكري في أصل رسالتها السماوية ولكن يطرأ ذلك عليها إما لتحريف يصيبها، أو لفهم خاطئ يجري على نصوصها، ومع ذلك ليست وحدها المعنية بالظاهرة التطرفية، كل الأعمال المتطرفة التي عانى منها المجتمع عبر العصور تتكئ على آراء فكرية ذات طبيعة دينية أو فلسفية، وتعصبية تحتاج إلى إعادة النظر في ضوابط الأمن الفكري المعاصر.

Intellectual security is one of the modern terms, as it began to take an advanced position in the wake of the great development witnessed by the world, and in light of the great information revolution, and with the development of means of communication and transportation, and the ease of transmission of cultures and the influence of each other. Islam has taken great care of intellectual security and made it a necessity of The necessities for the security of the individual, the family, the society and the nation, but for humanity as a whole so that everyone can live in security, stability and tranquility, so the title of the research was "Intellectual Security in Islamic Sharia and its Role in Promoting National Belonging and Fighting Extremist Thought" An Analytical Study", In order to achieve the objectives of the research, it relied on the method Inductive and analytical, by extrapolating the pillars of intellectual security in Islamic law, and analyzing these pillars and the mechanism of application on reality, and the importance of research is summarized in that intellectual security achieves the most important characteristics of the nation, by achieving cohesion and unity in thought, method and purpose, protecting childhood from the negative effects of the rapid changes Which was produced by multiple factors, such as the entry of women into the field of work, or the alienation or separation of parents, which resulted in a lack of family care, the protection of the Muslim community From the high rate of crime, violence, extremism and terrorism, and all that is nothing but the product of a deviant and crooked thought, protecting thought from the outlets of intellectual invasion or cultural colonization that aims to offend beliefs and principles, developing the economy and preserving the wealth and wealth of society, and investing it in what is beneficial to it, which inherits a state of security and stability For the citizens, and one of the most important results of the research is that the monotheistic religions have nothing to do with intellectual extremism in the origin of their heavenly message, but this happens to them either due to a distortion that affects them, or a wrong understanding that takes place on their texts. Intellectual opinions of a religious or philosophical nature, and fanaticism need to reconsider the controls of contemporary intellectual security.
