المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي لمعرفة مدى قدرة استراتيجيات المرشد التربوي في تعزيز الانتماء الاجتماعي، فضلا عن معرفة أثر متغير الجنس والخدمة وعدد الدورات في تحقيق وتطبيق استراتيجيات المرشد التربوي في تعزيز الانتماء الاجتماعي. ومن أجل تحقيق هدف البحث، لابد من تصميم مقياس استراتيجيات الإرشاد التربوي، لمعرفة مدى قدرة المرشد التربوي في تعزيز الانتماء الاجتماعين وتحقيقا لأهداف البحث استعمل الباحث في دراسته المنهج الوصفي المسحي للدراسة، كونه المنهج المناسب في وصف الظاهرة وتوضيح خصائصها. ووفقا لهذا المنهج وأهداف البحث طبق الباحث هذا البحث على عينة مكونة من (80) طالب وطالبة في جامعة بابل اختيروا بالطريقة القصدية من خلال توزيع استمارة الكرتونية، وفي ضوء هدف البحث ومنهجه وعينته قام الباحث ببناء أداة لقياس استراتيجيات الإرشاد التربوي، وقد بلغ عدد فقرات المقياس النهائية (23) فقرة، وتم التحقق من الصدق الظاهري، تم استخراج الثبات بطريقة معامل (ألفا كرونباخ) وبلغ معامل الثبات المقياس الكلي (0,90)، أمل الوسائل الإحصائية التي استعملها الباحث هي (معامل ألفا كرونباخ، اختبار التائية لعينة واحدة، واختبار التائي لعينتين مستقلتين). وخلص البحث بمجموعة من النتائج ومن أبرزها هي: 1-كشفت نتائج البحث أن نسبة الذكور البالغة (88%) أعلى من نسبة الإناث البالغة (12%)، في حين أن أعلى نسبة في الفئة العمرية كانت الفئة العمرية الثالثة والبالغة (30%) ممن يتراوح أعمارهم بين (28-32) سنة، فيما كانت أقل نسبة في الفئة العمرية كانت الفئة العمرية الأخيرة والبالغة (20%) ممن يتراوح أعمارهم بين (33-36) سنة. 2-بينت نتائج البحث أن استراتيجيات المرشد التربوي ودوره في تعزيز الانتماء الاجتماعي جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (3,84) وانحراف معياري (1,01). 3-أشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) في استراتيجيات المرشد التربوي ودوره في تعزيز الانتماء الاجتماعي لدى طلبة الأقسام الداخلية تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. 4-أشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0,05) في استراتيجيات المرشد التربوي ودوره في تعزيز الانتماء الاجتماعي لدى طلبة الأقسام الداخلية تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي لصالح التخصص العلمي. وعلى ضوء نتائج الباحث يوصي الباحث بعدد من التوصيات منها: 1-ضرورة اعتماد تطبيق استراتيجيات الإرشاد التربوي المستعملة في هذا البحث على عينة أوسع لتعميم الاستفادة للطلبة خاصة أن أغلبية أفراد العينة يعانون من مشاكل التي تواجههم خلال حياتهم التعليمية. 2-يجب تطوير وتنمية دور المرشد التربوي في المؤسسات التعليمية ومد يد العون في توصية وإرشاد الطلاب حول مظاهر وقيم الانتماء الاجتماعي. 3-ضرورة التأكيد على التعاون والتكاتف بين جميع العاملين في المؤسسات التعليمية والتربوية من أجل سير عملية تطبيق استراتيجيات المرشد التربوي بكفاءة وفعالية عالية لأجل تعزيز قيم الانتماء الاجتماعي للطلاب والابتعاد عن مظاهر العنف والتعصب بكافة أشكالهما. 4-حث العاملين في الأقسام الداخلي بالتعامل الصحيح مع الطلاب والبعد عن استفزازهم مما ينعكس ذلك على تدهور أو تحطيم شخصية الطلاب. 5-حث العمل على إدخال بعض المرشدين التربويين لدورات تقوية تدريبية خاصة بتعلم برامج الحاسوب لأجل تطبيق استراتيجياتهم عن بعد.

The goal of the current research is to have good relationships between the educational counselor's strategies. The aim of the research, the measure of educational counseling strategies, is to know the extent of the educational counselor's ability to know and then know and then achieve the objectives of the research. According to this approach and the objectives of the research, the researcher applied this research to a sample of (80) male and female employees at the University of Babylon who were chosen in the intentional way through the distribution of an electronic form. The final (26) paragraphs and the apparent validity was verified, then the stability was extracted using the (Alpha Cronbach) coefficient, and the total scale reliability coefficient was (0.90). t-test for two independent samples). The research concluded with a set of results, the most prominent of which are: 1-Research results that the percentage of adults (88%) is higher than that of adult females (12%), while the highest percentage in the age group was the third age group (30%) of those around me (28-32) years old, while the age group was It is the age group (20%) who meet the previous conditions (33-36) years. 2-The results of the research showed that the educational counselor’s strategies and his role in promoting social affiliation came to a high degree with a mean of (3.84) and a standard deviation of (1.01). 3-The results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the strategies of the educational counselor and its role in promoting social affiliation among students of internal departments according to the gender variable in favor of males. 4-The results of the research indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.05) in the strategies of the educational counselor and its role in promoting social affiliation among students of internal departments according to the academic specialization variable in favor of the scientific specialization. In light of the researcher’s findings, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations, including: 1-The necessity of adopting the application of the educational guidance strategies used in this research on a wider sample to generalize the benefit of students, especially since the majority of the sample members suffer from problems that they face during their educational life. 2-The role of the educational counselor in educational institutions must be developed and extended and a helping hand be extended in recommending and guiding students about the manifestations and values of social belonging. 3-The necessity of emphasizing cooperation and solidarity among all employees in educational and educational institutions for the efficient and effective implementation of the educational counselor’s strategies in order to enhance the values of students’ social belonging and to avoid manifestations of violence and intolerance in all its forms. 4-Urging the employees in the internal departments to deal correctly with the students and avoid provoking them, which is reflected in the deterioration or destruction of the students' personality. 5-The work urges the inclusion of some educational counselors in strengthening training courses for learning computer programs in order to implement their strategies from a distance.
