المستخلص: يعد موضوع البحث "مبادرة الحزام والطريق وأثرها على السياحة الصينية المغادرة" من الموضوعات المهمة؛ والتي ظهرت مؤخرا على السطح، ولكون الطريق عامل مهم في الحركة السياحية وله أهميته الاقتصادية والسياسية بشكل عام، أخذت المبادرة أهمية كبيرة لدى الرئيس الصيني ورؤساء العديد من دول العالم؛ حيث شاركت في المبادرة عدد كبير من الدول تتزايد يوما بعد يوم. ومن ثم فإن إلقاء الضوء على "مبادرة الحزام والطريق" أصبح أمرا مهما للتعرف على جوانبها وانعكاساتها السياحية. وتتناول الدراسة طريق الحرير (Silk Road, or Silk Routes)، ذلك الطريق التاريخي القديم والذي تقوم عليه مبادرة الحزام والطريق تلك المبادرة التي أطلقتها الصين بعد وصول "شين بنج" إلى السلطة؛ حيث تم التركيز على السياسة الخارجية للصين بحيث تسخر لها كل قدرات الدولة في القطاعين العام والخاص، وستشكل هذه المبادرة المحرك الحاسم لأهداف الصين وطموحاتها المستقبلية. وتتناول الدراسة أيضا وصف الحزام والطريق والمساحة الجغرافية والدول التي تغطيها المبادرة، رصد البنية التحتية للحزام والطريق والتمويل ومدة التنفيذ، مناقشة وضع "الحزام والطريق" كمرحلة جديدة للعولمة، أثر الحزام والطريق على العلاقات الصينية الدولية (العلاقات الأوروبية نموذجا)، وضع الحزام والطريق من منظور سياحي والسياحة الصينية المغادرة ٢٠٠٩- ٢٠١٩، التعرف على العوامل التي أدت إلى زيادة حركة السياحة الصينية المغادرة إلى دول الحزام والطريق، ووضع السياحة الصينية المغادرة إلى مصر والدول العربية.

Hence, shedding light on the "Belt and Road Initiative" has become important in order to get to know its tourism aspects and implications. The study deals with the Silk Road, or Silk Routes, that ancient historical road on which the Belt and Road Initiative is based, that initiative launched by China after the arrival of "Xin Ping" to power; Where emphasis has been placed on China's foreign policy, so that it harnesses all the capabilities of the state in the public and private sectors, and this initiative will constitute the decisive engine for China's goals and future ambitions. The study also deals with a description of the Belt and Road, the geographical area and the countries covered by the initiative, monitoring the belt and road infrastructure, financing and implementation period, discussing the status of "the Belt and Road" as a new stage of globalization, the effect of the Belt and Road on China's relations with the countries of the world (European relations as a model), status of the Belt and Road from Tourism perspective, Chinese outbound tourism 2009-2019, identifying the factors that led to the increase in Chinese outbound tourism movement departing to the Belt and Road countries, and the status of Chinese outbound tourism to Egypt and the Arab countries.
