المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية وعلاقتها باستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد تم تطوير أداة للدراسة تكونت من (٦٠) فقرة تندرج تحت اثني عشر مجال، وذلك بعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وقد طبقت على (٥٣١) معلما ومعلمة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج من أهمها: أن درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت عالية؛ إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام (4.12)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (α ≥ 0.05) في درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان تعزى لمتغير الجنس( لصالح الإناث)، وكذلك المؤهل العلمي(لصالح حملة شهادة البكالوريوس)، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان لاستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانت عالية؛ إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي العام(3.80). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين درجة توافر أبعاد الصحة التنظيمية في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان ومستوى ممارسة المديرين لاستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات، من أبرزها: ضرورة أن يستمع مدير المدرسة إلى آراء المعلمين، وأن يشركهم في اتخاذ القرارات التي تتعلق بالمدرسة، وأن يبتعد عن استعمال سلطته لاتخذن القرارات التي تناسبه، وضرورة تعاونه مع المعلمين للدفاع عن القرارات التي تم الوصول إليها من قبل.

This study aimed to find out the degree of organizational health dimensions availability and its relationship with the organizational conflict management strategies among the public schools principals in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. To achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was developed consisting of (60) paragraphs falling under twelve fields after validating its accuracy and consistency. The tool was applied to (531) male and female teachers. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is that the degree of organizational health dimensions availability in the public schools in Al Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the teachers' point of view was high with a general arithmetic mean of (4.12). Besides, the study results showed statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≥ 0.05) in the degree of organizational health dimensions availability in the public schools in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. Such differences are attributed to the gender variable (in favor of females) as well as the educational qualification (in favor of Bachelor degree holders). The study results also showed that the degree of practicing organizational conflict management strategies by the principals of the public schools in Al Dakhiliya Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman from the teachers' point of view was high. The general arithmetic average was (3.80). The results of the study showed a correlation between the degree of health dimensions availability in the public schools in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman and organizational conflict management strategies practices by the principals. The study put forth a number of recommendations, mainly that it important for school principals to listen to the teachers' views, engage them in making decisions related to the school, avoid using his authority to make decisions that suit him and cooperate with the teachers to defend pre-made decisions.
