|a هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الأبعاد الاجتماعية للمطلقين وعلاقتها بقضايا الطلاق في المجتمع السعودي. وقد طبقت هذه الدراسة على المراجعين لمحاكم الأحوال الشخصية في منطقة الرياض في المملكة العربية السعودية. وقد بلغ عدد أفراد العينة (2009) مراجع لمحاكم الأحوال الشخصية. استخدام منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة. وتوصلت الدراسة فأن أغلب حالات الطلاق تقع في الفئات العمرية الصغيرة حيث تتراوح أعمارهم بين (20-30) سنة. وأوضحت الدراسة بأن أغلب الأزواج لا تربط بينهم صلة قرابة، وأن أغلب حالات الطلاق تقع بين الذين مستوى تعليمهم متوسط إلى متدني، وأيضا أن أغلب حالات الطلاق تقع بين حديثي الزواج، كما أن غالبية أفراد العينة ليس لديهم أبناء. كما بينت الدراسة بأن أغلب المراجعين للمحاكم الشخصية كان بغرض إثبات الطلاق ويليها دعوى فسخ النكاح ومن ثم دعاوى الخلع والنفقة. وأوضحت الدراسة بأنه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نوع قضايا الطلاق وبين جنسية المطلقين أو صلة القرابة بينهما وعمر الزوج أو الزوجة. كما أنه لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أنواع الطلاق وبين صلة القرابة بين الزوج والزوجة، وأيضا لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نوعية القضايا المنظورة في المحاكم وأنواع الطلاق القائم بين الزوجين.
|b The study aimed to identify the social outline dimensions of divorced women and their relationship to divorce matters in the Saudi society. This study was applied to the clients of the Personal Status courts in the Riyadh region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The number of sample was (2009) clients to the Personal Status Courts. A sample social survey method was used. The study found that most divorce cases were in young age groups, which range age from (20-30) years. The study showed that most of the couples are not associated by kinship, and that most divorce cases are among those whose education level is intermediate to elementary, and also that most divorce cases are among fresh couples, and the majority of the sample members do not have children. The study also presented that most of the clients of the Personal Courts were for the purpose of showing divorce, followed by lawsuits for annulment (termination) of marriage, then lawsuits for khul' (Divorce at instance of wife who pays compensation) and alimony. The study demonstrated that there is no statistically significant relationship between the divorce cases type and the nationality of the divorced or the relationship between them and the age of the husband or wife. Likewise, there is no statistically significant relationship between the types of divorce and the kinship relationship between the husband and wife, and no statistically significant relationship between the quality of cases measured in the courts and the types of divorce between spouses.
