520 |a أهداف البحث: جمع المواضع التي كان اختلاف نسبة مقول القول فيها مؤثرا في الوقف والابتداء ودراستها، وبيان الارتباط الوثيق بين علم التفسير وعلم الوقف والابتداء. منهج البحث: جمعت في هذا البحث بين المنهج الاستقرائي والمنهج التحليلي الوصفي. جمعت المواضع التي كان سبب اختلاف الوقف والابتداء فيها ناشئا عن اختلاف نسبة مقول القول، ووثقت الأقوال فيها من كتب التفسير، وذكرت أقوال علماء الوقف والابتداء، وذكرت ما رأيته راجحا من نوع الوقف على كل قول. أهم النتائج: 1- عدد المواضع التي اختلف فيها في الوقف والابتداء وكان هذا الاختلاف ناشئا عن اختلاف نسبة مقول القول: (23) موضعا، حيث قمت بدراسة (12) موضعا منها في هذا البحث، وسبقني باحثان بدراسة (11) موضعا، وقد بينت ذلك مفصلا في (حدود البحث)، و (الدراسات السابقة). 2- أن من أسباب اختلاف الوقف والابتداء في الآية: (اختلاف نسبة مقول القول9. 3- عناية علماء الوقف والابتداء بذكر الوقوف المترتبة على اختلاف نسبة مقول القول، وتعليلهم تلك الوقوف بهذا الاختلاف. أهم التوصيات: 1- توجيه عناية الباحثين للبحث عن أسباب خاصة لاختلاف الوقف والابتداء في الآية، تكون متفرعة عن الأصل العام الذي هو (اختلاف المعنى). 2- مقارنة كتب الوقف والابتداء بكتب التفسير؛ لاستخراج المواضع التي لم يذكر لها وقف في كتب الوقف والابتداء، فيبين حكمها.  |b Research title: The impact of the difference between the attribution of the reported speech on stopping (al-waqf) and starting (al-ibtidā) (an applied study). Research aims: Compiling the places where the difference between the attribution of the reported speech impacted on stopping and starting and studying them, and highlighting the strong correlation between the science of Qur’an exegeses and the science of stopping and starting (in Qur’an recitation). Research method: The researcher combined both inductive and analytical descriptive methods in the research. The researcher compiled the places where the reason for the difference in stopping and starting is due to the difference in the attribution of the reported speech, and the opinions therein were referenced from the books of Qur’anic exegesis, and the sayings of the scholars of stopping and starting, and the researcher also mentioned what he considers preponderant regarding the type of stopping on each speech. The most significant findings: The number of places disagreed upon on stopping and starting as a result of the difference in the attribution of the reported speech is: (23) places, and the researcher studied (12) places among them in this research, while two researchers have previously studied the (11) remaining places, this have been elaborately explained in the (research limitations) and (the literature study). That among the reasons for the difference in stopping and starting in a verse is: (the difference in the attribution of the reported speech). The attention given by the scholars of stopping and starting to the mention of the stoppings emanating from the difference in the attribution of the reported speech, and their justification of such stoppings with this difference. The most significant recommendations: Calling the attention of researchers to the particular reasons for the difference in stopping and starting in a verse, stemming from the general origin which is (the difference of meaning). Comparing between the books of stopping and starting and the books of exegesis; in order to elicit the places where stopping was not mentioned in the books of stopping and starting, so that their rulings will be known.
