يتناول البحث الحالي آليات تطوير السياسة التعليمية بالتعليم الديني قبل الجامعي في إندونيسيا، وتشمل هذه الآليات، آلية الاستفتاء، وآلية إعلان الوثيقة، وآلية أجهزة الإعلام والصحافة، وآلية ورش العمل، وآلية الشبكات المساندة لصناع السياسة التعليمية، وآلية المجالس الاستشارية، وآلية التكنولوجيا، وآلية بيوت الخبرة ومكاتب الاستشارات، ويتناول البحث أيضًا آليات صنع السياسة التعليمية بالتعليم قبل الجامعي بالأزهر الشريف، والتي شملت تكليفات القيادات العليا بالأزهر الشريف مثل شيخ الأزهر ووكيل الأزهر ورئيس قطاع المعاهد الأزهرية وغيرها، والدراسات والبحوث والتقارير، واللجان المتخصصة وورش العمل، والاجتماعات والندوات، وأخيرًا المؤتمرات العلمية، وتناول البحث أيضًا، مفهوم السياسة التعليمية وأهميتها، وتوصل البحث في النهاية إلى مجموعة من الإجراءات المقترحة لتطوير آليات صنع السياسة التعليمية بالتعليم الديني قبل الجامعي في إندونيسيا في ضوء خبرة الأزهر الشريف بمصر منها، السماح للآباء وأولياء الأمور بالزيارات الميدانية ومناقشة القادة والمعلمين في الأمور الخاصة بمدى جدية السياسات التعليمية ومدى ملائمتها للأبناء، وإنشاء مجلس المجتمع والآباء لإسداء المشورة للقائمين على العملية التعليمية في إندونيسيا، وإطلاق موقع الآباء في التعليم كبوابة على الإنترنت للآباء والأمهات لمساعدتهم على نحو أفضل في دعم تعليم وتنمية الطلاب والطالبات.
The research dealt with the mechanisms of developing educational policy in pre-university religious education in Indonesia, and these mechanisms included the following, the referendum mechanism, the document announcement mechanism, the media and press mechanism, the workshop mechanism, the support networks mechanism for educational policy makers, the advisory councils mechanism, the technology mechanism, and the mechanism of Houses of expertise and consulting offices, and the research also dealt with educational policy-making mechanisms in pre-university education in Al-Azhar, which included the assignments of senior leaders in Al-Azhar, such as the Sheikh of Al-Azhar, the deputy of Al-Azhar and the head of the Azhar institutes sector and others, studies, research and reports, specialized committees, workshops, meetings and seminars, and finally conferences The research also dealt with the concept of educational policy and its importance. In the end, the research reached a set of proposed procedures for developing educational policy-making mechanisms in pre-university religious education in Indonesia in light of the experience of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif in Egypt, including, let parents conducted field visits and discussed with leaders and teachers matters related to the seriousness of educational policies and their suitability for children, the establishment of the Parents and Community Council to advise those in charge of the educational process in Indonesia, and the launch of the Parents in Education website as an online portal for parents to better assist them in supporting the education and development of students and female students.
