المستخلص: الأسرة دعامة المجتمع ونواته الحية، وهي المؤسسة التربوية الأولى المؤثرة في تربية الطفل وتنشئته، وتكوين شخصيته المستقبلية، وتأهيله؛ ليكون عنصرا فاعلا في المجتمع، حيث أن الأسرة في الإسلام تقوم على أركان من الزوجين والأبناء، ومن مجموع الأسر وتشابكها وترابط العلاقات بين الأفراد بعضهم ببعض، يتكون المجتمع، فالنواة الأولى والدعامة المثلى لتكون المجتمع هي الأسرة، التي تتم بميثاق غليظ، ويحتم ويلزم كلا من الزوجين بحقوق وواجبات، والشريعة وضحت الهدف من الزواج، وفق معاير شرعية محفوفة بمقاصد أهمها التكاثر وحفظ النسل، وإشباع الغريزة بطريق عفيف سليم تصان فيه الأعراض، وتحفظ في الأنساب، وتبنى به أدوار الآباء تجاه الأبناء، والأبناء تجاه آبائهم، وتجاه المجتمع من علاقة القرابة وحق الجوار وغيرها، لينشأ للوطن من قبل الأفراد الأسر الولاء، ويبقي المجتمع بهذا العناصر في عز وإباء. وقد شرع الإسلام شرائع لمواجهة التحديات التي تهدد بناء الأسرة من الطلاق واللعان والقذف والنشوز؛ كل هذا من أجل أن يجعل من الأسرة دعامة قوية صلبة، لا تهزها الأعاصير، فبقوة ترابط الأسرة ينشأ المجتمع القوي فالأسرة الدعامة الأولى له، ولذا حرص الإسلام على بناء الأسرة بناء قوي متماسكا مترابطا في لحمة النسب عنصر الولاء للوطن.

The right of neighborhood and others, to establish the homeland by individuals, families and loyalty, and keep society with these elements in honor and pride. Islam has legislated laws to confront the challenges that threaten the building of the family, such as divorce, slander, slander and disobedience; All this is in order to make the family a strong and solid pillar that will not be shaken by hurricanes. With the strength of the family’s cohesion, a strong community is established. The family is the first pillar for it. Therefore, Islam has been keen on building the family, a strong, coherent building that is interconnected with the bond of lineage, the element of loyalty to the homeland.
