تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مسؤولية الدعاة إلى الله عز وجل تجاه تعزيز التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق أهدافها في ضوء رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية (2030م)، ويتناول البحث في إطار ذلك مفهوم التنمية المستدامة في النظم الوضعية وفي الإسلام، موضحاً إن التنمية التي يدعو الإسلام لتحقيقها هي تنمية شاملة لجميع مناحي الحياة ومجالاتها، وهي أمر واجب على كل مسلم باعتبارها عبادة وطاعة لله عز وجل، وهو ما يعكس أهمية المسؤولية الدعوية تجاه تحقيق أهدافها في ضوء الواقع المعاصر وما نصت عليه رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية (2030)، كما يتناول البحث في إطار ذلك أيضاً مدى عناية القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية وغيرهما من مصادر الدعوة الإسلامية بالتنمية المستدامة فضلاً عن بيان الأسس والأساليب الدعوية التي تساعد الدعاة إلى الله عز وجل على تعزيز التنمية وتحقيق أهدافها، وقد توصل الباحث من خلال دراسته لعدد من النتائج، أبرزها: أن الدعوة الإسلامية قد أولت التنمية المستدامة عناية كبرى، وقدمت لتحدياتها الحلول الوقائية والعلاجية التي تجعل للإسلام قصب السبق في تقرير مبادئ التنمية المستدامة وأهدافها قبل غيره من الأديان، وأن التنمية المستدامة في الدعوة الإسلامية ذات أسس وأهداف سامية تعني بتنمية الإنسان روحياً وأخلاقياً وفكرياً وحضارياً باستخدام أساليب مناسبة لتحسين جوانب التنمية المستدامة وتحقيق أهدافها، أن رؤية المملكة العربية السعودية (2030) تعد من أهم الركائز التي ترتكز عليها وتنطلق منها المسؤولية الدعوية تجاه تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الواقع المعاصر، وأن مسؤولية الدعاة إلى الله عز وجل لا تقل عن مسؤولية غيرهم من أبناء الأمة في تعزيز التنمية المستدامة والعمل على تحقيق أهدافها. كما أوصت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات، أبرزها: مناشدة علماء الأمة وجميع العاملين في مجال الدعوة إلى الله عز وجل بالأخذ بمنهج وسطية الإسلام واعتداله في كافة ميادين الإسلام، وعدم التشدد والمغالاة والتعسير على الناس في شئون حياتهم، فالمنهج الوسطي هو المنهج الذي رضيه الله تعالى للأمة وهو أيضاً ذات المنهج الذي اتخذته رؤية المملكة (2030) أساساً ومنطلقاً لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة والوصول لأهدافها، كما أوصت أيضاً بضرورة تعزيز التعاون والشراكة بين وزارة الشؤون الإسلامية وغيرها من المؤسسات الدعوية والوزارات والمؤسسات المعنية بالبيئة في الدول الإسلامية وغيرها؛ من أجل القيام بمبادرات مشتركة تؤصل لأهمية الدعوة الإسلامية ودورها في الحفاظ على البيئة وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.
This study aims to identify the responsibility of preachers to God Almighty towards promoting sustainable development and achieving its goals in the light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2030 AD). Comprehensive development for all walks of life and its fields, which is a duty of every Muslim as it is worship and obedience to God Almighty, which reflects the importance of advocacy responsibility towards achieving its goals in light of contemporary reality and what is stipulated in the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2030), as the research deals with in this context Also, the extent to which the Holy Qur’an, the Prophet’s Sunnah and other sources of Islamic da’wah care for sustainable development, as well as a statement of the foundations and advocacy methods that help preachers to God Almighty to promote development and achieve its goals. Sustainable development has taken great care, and presented to its challenges preventive and curative solutions that make Islam the forerunner in deciding the principles and objectives of sustainable development before other religions, and that sustainable development is sustainable development in the Islamic call with lofty foundations and goals concerned with the development of human beings spiritually, morally, intellectually and civilly by using appropriate methods to improve aspects of sustainable development and achieve its goals, that the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (2030) is one of the most important pillars on which it rests and the advocacy responsibility towards achieving sustainable development in reality Contemporary, and that the responsibility of the preachers to God Almighty is no less than the responsibility of other sons of the nation in promoting sustainable development and working to achieve its goals. The study also recommended a number of recommendations, most notably: an appeal to the nation’s scholars and all those working in the field of calling to God Almighty to take the approach of moderation and moderation of Islam in all fields of Islam, and not to be exaggerated and difficult for people in their life affairs. It is also the same approach taken by the Kingdom’s Vision (2030) as a basis and a starting point to achieve sustainable development and reach its goals. It also recommended the need to strengthen cooperation and partnership between the Ministry of Islamic Affairs and other advocacy institutions, ministries and institutions concerned with the environment in Islamic countries and others; In order to carry out joint initiatives that root the importance of the Islamic call and its role in preserving the environment and achieving sustainable development goals.
