المستخلص: يعالج هذا المقال الموسوم ب (أثر العلوم المجاورة في علم أصول الفقه وجهود علماء الأصول في تحييدها-دراسة استقرائية تحليلية نقدية في ضوء الرؤى التجديدية-) إشكالية رئيسية تتمحور حول أثر العلوم المجاورة في علم أصول الفقه وعلاقته بها، وموقف علماء الأصول قديما وحديثا منها؛ متوسلين في دراستنا النقدية بالمنهجين الاستقرائي والتحليلي. وذلك عبر محورين أساسيين: أولهما؛ نكشف من خلاله عن أهم العلوم التي اختلطت بعلم أصول الفقه وآثارها الإيجابية والسلبية عليه، وموقف الأقدمين في تحييدها، وثانيهما: يبرز موقف علماء الأصول المحدثين والمعاصرين من هذا الاختلاط، ومدى سعيهم لتحييد علم أصول الفقه عنها، في ضوء التجديد الأصولي، قبل أن نختم المقال بخاتمة نبرز فيها نتائج هذا البحث وتوصياته.

This tagged article deals with (The impact of neighboring sciences on the science of the principles of jurisprudence and the efforts of the scholars of origins to neutralize it. -An inductive and critical study in the light of innovative visions-) a major problem revolves around the science of the principles of jurisprudence and its relation to it. And the position of scholars of origins, old and new, on it. In our critical study, we rely on the inductive and analytical approaches. This is done through two main axes: the first of them; through it, we reveal the most important sciences that have been mixed with the science of jurisprudence and its positive and negative effects on it. And the position of the older ones. And the second: It highlights the position of the modern and contemporary scholars of Usul regarding this mixing, and the extent of their efforts to neutralize the science of Usul al-Fiqh from it. In light of the fundamentalist renewal, before we conclude the article with a conclusion, we highlight the results and recommendations of this research.
