The research paper aims to determine the availability of modern communication technologies in healthcare settings. It revealed the motives and gratification resulting from the use of modern communication techniques between the administrative and medical staff of health facilities. In our current studies, we relied on the descriptive method as well as on the questionnaire. The study was conducted by taking a sample of administrative and medical staff. Through our study, we concluded that information and communication technology is a necessity in the field of health care, as members of the study sample see that its use in the facility will improve health services, motivation and satisfaction to speed up the pace of work. |
