تعتبر السياسات العامة متغير مهم في بناء آليات وممارسات تعتمدها السلطة في إدارة دفه الحكم بما يتناسب وظروف المجتمع السياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية تتنوع أساليب رسم السياسات العامة وكذلك الراسمون حيث يدخل في الاعتبار دور السلطة التشريعية والتنفيذية والقضائية من الناحية الرسمية وجماعات الضغط والرأي العام والأحزاب ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ضمن المؤسسات غير الرسمية المؤثرة في صناعه سياسات عامة رشيدة. The process of drawing up public policies is one of the central processes in building the foundations of rational policies of the political system, where the policy represents a major exit for the government in the political system and at the same time the main entrance of the administrative system within the same political system. No policy is not the result of the effort of many Institutions and procedures that differ from one political system to another, but ultimately represent the basic direction of work before the administrative apparatus. Research Methodology The most appropriate curriculum that studies and analyzes public policies is the descriptive analytical approach. Hypothesis Research The researcher assumes that a central process of drawing up public policies will enable him to develop effective policies for the political system and the citizen.Research difficultiesScientific research usually falters with its source of resources. The most difficult of them is the lack of a real understanding of the nature of the drawing because there are no real political bodies charged with drawing. |
