|a هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن متطلبات تفعيل التعليم الهجين بمدارس التعليم الأساسي بالكويت من وجهة نظر المعلمين، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبه المسحي، كما تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة في جمع البيانات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة بلغت (267) معلمًا ومعلمة، موزعين وفق متغيرات (النوع/ المؤهل/ المنطقة التعليمية) وأسفرت النتائج عن أن موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على المتطلبات المادية لتفعيل التعليم الهجين جاءت مرتفعة، وأن موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على المتطلبات البشرية والإدارية لتفعيل التعليم الهجين جاءت مرتفعة، وأن موافقة أفراد عينة الدراسة على المتطلبات التقنية والفنية لتطبيق التعليم الهجين جاءت مرتفعة، وأنه لا توجد فروق في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيري النوع أو المنطقة التعليمية بينما وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجاباتهم تعزى لمتغير المؤهل لصالح ذوي المؤهل التربوي.
|b The study aimed to reveal the requirements for activating blended education in basic education schools in Kuwait from the point of view of teachers. The study was applied to a sample of (267) male and female teachers, distributed according to the variables (gender/ qualification/ educational region). The results showed that the approval of the study sample members on the material requirements for activating blended education was high, and that the approval of the study sample on the human and administrative requirements for activating education The blended came high, and that the approval of the study sample members on the technical and technical requirements for applying blended education was high, and that there were no differences in the responses of the study sample members due to the variables of gender or educational area, while there were statistically significant differences in their responses due to the qualification variable in favor of those with educational qualification.
