المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل آليات البنى الأيديولوجية للخطاب الإعلامي في تناوله للأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية، بالتطبيق على المواقع الإلكترونية عينة الدراسة، وهي: اندبندنت عربية، وسكاي نيوز عربية، وروسيا اليوم، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى: 1-أن المواقع الإلكترونية ساهمت في الأزمة باعتبارها سلاح سياسي واقتصادي تستخدمه الدول الكبرى في إدارة الصراع أثناء الأزمة بما يتفق مع أيديولوجيتها ومصالحها، وبالتالي ساهمت في تشكيل الرأي العام المحلي والعربي والدولي، وهو الدور الذي يقوم به الإعلام في فترات الأزمات. 2-أن أبرز ما ميز الدور الذي ساهمت به المواقع الإخبارية في الأزمة الأوكرانية -الروسية عن غيرها من الأزمات، هو التخلي عن معايير الموضوعية في تغطية الأزمة، وتبين ذلك من خلال ازدواجية المعايير في الخطاب الإعلامي تجاه الأزمة الأوكرانية، وتغييره للمعايير وفقا لأهدافه ومصالحه، حيث كشف الخطاب عن تبني رواية واحدة عن كل جانب من جانبي الصراع، وكذلك عن الأطراف الأخرى التي لها مصالح. 3-اهتمام المواقع الثلاث بأطروحة "تداعيات الأزمة"، واهتم موقعا "روسيا اليوم" و"سكاي نيوز" بتناول وطرح تداعيات الأزمة "سياسيا" و"اقتصاديا"، في حين اهتم موقعا "سكاي نيوز" و "إندبندنت عربية" بطرح تداعيات الأزمة "اقتصاديا" و"إنسانيا"؛ مما يؤكد أن الخطاب الذي كان أكثر شمولا وتوضيحا لكل أبعاد الأزمة وتداعياتها هو موقع "سكاي نيوز"؛ أما خطاب موقع "الإندبندنت" فقد تجاهل التداعيات العسكرية والسياسية، واكتفى خطاب موقع "روسيا اليوم" بتجاهل التداعيات الإنسانية خاصة التي تتعلق باللاجئين والنازحين. 4-أنه فيما يتعلق بأطروحات العناوين فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن خطاب "الإندبندنت" حظي بأكبر عدد من الأطروحات؛ حيث تناول ست أطروحات متنوعة، يليه موقع "سكاي نيوز"؛ حيث اهتم بطرح أربع أطروحات، أما خطاب موقع "روسيا اليوم"؛ فقد كان أقل عددا في طرح الأطروحات، وكانت اثنتين فقط، وكشفت الدراسة اهتمام جميع المواقع عينة الدراسة بأطروحة "تداعيات الأزمة"، وتناولتها بشيء من العمق والتفصيل، وفي أكثر من جانب، وأكدت الدراسة على أن الخطاب الذي كان أكثر شمولا وتوضيحا لكل أبعاد الأزمة وتداعياتها هو موقع "سكاي نيوز"؛ فقد اهتم بطرح تداعيات الأزمة "عسكريا" و"اقتصاديا"، و"إنسانيا" و"سياسيا"، أما خطاب موقع "الإندبندنت" فقد تجاهل التداعيات العسكرية والسياسية، واكتفى خطاب موقع "روسيا اليوم" بتجاهل التداعيات الإنسانية خاصة التي تتعلق باللاجئين والنازحين.

The study aims to monitor and analyze the mechanisms of the ideological structures of the media discourse in dealing with the Russian-Ukrainian crisis, by applying it to the websites of the study sample, which are: Independent Arabia, Sky News Arabia, and Russia Today. The study concluded: 1-The websites contributed to the crisis as a political and economic weapon used by the major countries to manage the conflict during the crisis in accordance with their ideology and interests, and thus contributed to the formation of local, Arab and international public opinion, which is the role played by the media in times of crisis. 2-The most prominent feature that distinguished the role played by news websites in the Ukrainian-Russian crisis from other crises is the abandonment of the standards of objectivity in covering the crisis. The speech revealed the adoption of a single narrative on each side of the conflict, as well as on other parties that have interests. 3- The interest of the three websites in the thesis of "the repercussions of the crisis", and the sites of "Russia Today" and "Sky News" dealt with and presented the repercussions of the crisis "politically" and "economically", while the websites of "Sky News" and "Independent Arabia" were concerned with presenting the repercussions of the crisis "economically" and "humanely"; This confirms that the discourse that was more comprehensive and clarified for all the dimensions of the crisis and its repercussions was provided by the "Sky News" website. As for the discourse of "The Independent", it ignored the military and political repercussions, while the discourse of "Russia Today" contented itself with ignoring the humanitarian repercussions, especially those related to refugees and displaced persons. 4- That regarding theses titles, the study found that the speech of "The Independent" received the largest number of theses; Where he dealt with six different theses, followed by "Sky News"; Where he was interested in presenting four theses. As for the speech of the "Russia Today" website; It was the least number of dissertations, and it was only two, the study revealed the interest of all the sample sites in the thesis of "the repercussions of the crisis", and dealt with it in some depth and detail, and in more than one aspect. It was concerned with presenting the repercussions of the crisis "militarily", "economically", "humanitarianly" and "politically". As for the discourse of "The Independent", it ignored the military and political repercussions.
