المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر بيئة العمل الداخلية في تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية-قطاع غزة؛ حيث تم تناول المتغير المستقل بيئة العمل الداخلية بأبعاده التالية: (أسلوب القيادة، الهيكل التنظيمي، الثقافة التنظيمية، والحوافز والترقيات)، هذا بجانب دراسة المتغير التابع تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتفسير ظاهرة الدراسة. وقد بلغت عينة الدراسة الكلية (250) مفردة من الموظفين الإداريين في وزارة الصحة في قطاع غزة، في حين بلغت عدد الاستبانات المستردة (237) استبانة؛ أي ما نسبته (94.8%) من العينة المختارة. وقد تم استخدام نموذج الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات الأولية، وتحليلها بواسطة برنامج SPSS الإحصائي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج؛ من أهمها: أنه يوجد أثر دال إحصائيًا لكل من أسلوب القيادة، الهيكل التنظيمي، والثقافة التنظيمية على تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية-قطاع غزة. في حين أنه تبين أنه لا يوجد أثر دال إحصائيًا للحوافز والترقيات على تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي في وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية-قطاع غزة. وقد تم تقديم مجموعة من التوصيات في ضوء النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها، ومن أهمها: زيادة الاهتمام ببيئة العمل الداخلية، والعمل على تطوير مجالاتها المختلفة لكي تصبح بيئة مناسبة لتأدية الأنشطة والمهام الوظيفية المحددة. كذلك نوصي بأن تعمل وزارة الصحة الفلسطينية بقطاع غزة على زيادة الاهتمام ببيئة العمل الداخلية، باعتبارها أحد العناصر الرئيسية والأساسية التي تؤثر إيجابًا أو سلبًا في تحقيق النجاح الاستراتيجي.

This study aimed to identify the impact of the internal work environment on achieving strategic success in the Palestinian Ministry of Health - Gaza Strip, where the independent variable addressed the internal work environment with its dimensions (leadership style, organizational structure, organizational culture, and incentives and promotions), in addition to studying the dependent variable to achieve strategic success. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach to explain the phenomenon of the study. The total study sample amounted to 250 individuals of the administrative staff of the Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip, while the number of retrieved questionnaires were 237, which is 94.8% of the study population. The questionnaire form was used as a tool to collect data from the field and analyze it by the SPSS program. The study found a set of results, the most important of which are: there is a statistically significant effect of leadership style, organizational structure, and organizational culture on achieving strategic success in the Palestinian Ministry of Health - Gaza Strip. While it was found that there is no statistically significant effect of incentives and promotions on achieving strategic success in the Palestinian Ministry of Health - Gaza Strip. Besides, there are no statistically significant differences in the average answers of the respondents regarding the internal work environment on achieving strategic success in the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip due to the variable of gender. There are also statistically significant differences in the average of respondents' answers about achieving strategic success in the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip due to the following variables (age, academic qualification, years of service, and job title). There are no statistically significant differences in the average answers of the respondents regarding the internal work environment on achieving strategic success in the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip due to the variable of gender. Several recommendations have been presented by the study in view of the results obtained, the most important among them are: increasing interest in the internal work environment and working to develop its various fields in order to become an appropriate environment for doing specific functional activities and tasks. We also recommend that the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Strip draw more attention in the internal work environment, as it is one of the main and basic elements that positively or negatively affect the accomplishment of strategic success.
