المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة لاستعراض التراث السوسيولوجي لمهنة المحاماة في الجزائر ضمن السياق السوسيو-قانوني، بتشخيص الواقع لهذه الفئة الاجتماعية ودورها في تحقيق النظام والأمن والاستقرار الاجتماعي في إطار السياسة الاجتماعية للدولة الجزائرية. كما تبحث في كيفية تحديث وتطوير هذه المهنة القضائية في المراحل الراهنة والمستقبلية، في إطار ما يعرف بالتنمية القانونية وتعميق المسألة بالمزاوجة بين الفهم والتحليل، ومن ثم تفسير تنوع وتعدد صور وأشكال ممارسة مهنة المحاماة في إطار إصلاح السياسات في ظل التحولات الراهنة من جهة، والتحديات الاقتصادية، الثقافية، والاجتماعية من جهة أخرى، والتي لها تأثيراتها العميقة على طبيعة هذه المهنة.

This study seeks to review the sociological heritage of the legal profession in Algeria within the Socio-legal context, by diagnosing the reality of this social group and its role in achieving order, security and social stability within the framework of the social policy of the Algerian state. It also examines how to modernize and develop this judicial profession in the current and future stages, within the framework of what is known as legal development and deepening the issue by mixing understanding and analysis, and then explaining the diversity and multiplicity of images and forms of the practice of the legal profession in the context of policy reform in light of current transformations on the one hand, and in light of economic challenges, cultural, and social, on the other hand, which have profound implications for the content of the nature of this profession. This study seeks to review the sociological heritage of the legal profession in Algeria within the Socio-legal context, by diagnosing the reality of this social group and its role in achieving order, security and social stability within the framework of the social policy of the Algerian state.
