المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى دراسة أثر التوجه الاستراتيجي في البراعة التنظيمية في الجامعة الوطنية الخاصة، حيث اعتمد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في إجراء هذه الدراسة، واستخدم الطريقة الكمية باستخدام استبانة مخصصة لهذه الدراسة، وذلك لقياس متغيرات البحث. أجريت هذه الدراسة على الجامعة الوطنية الخاصة في محافظة حماة والتي كان عدد مفرداتها (60) مفردة من العاملين في الأقسام الإدارية. وأظهرت الدراسة أن لدى العاملين في الجامعة الوطنية الخاصة توجهات استراتيجية بدرجة عالية نسبيا، وتظهر جليا آثار تلك التوجهات في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي تمر بها البلاد والجامعات والتي كان أبرزها COVD19. كذلك تتوفر لدى الجامعة الوطنية البراعة التنظيمية بدرجة عالية نسبيا، وكذلك تبين وجود أثر معنوي وإيجابي بين التوجه الاستراتيجي بأبعاده والبراعة التنظيمية للجامعة الوطنية الخاصة. ومن المقترحات التي أوصت بها الدراسة: تدعيم التوجهات الاستراتيجية لدى العاملين في الجامعة مع بلورة البراعة التنظيمية وترسيخها لدى العاملين بمدى استراتيجي ومعمق يمكن من الإبداع والتميز والسعي لاستكشاف الفرص والاستغلال الأمثل للطاقات المتوفرة. وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المحاور يمكن لدراسات لاحقة العمل عليها والبحث فيها.

The aim of the research is to study the impact of strategic direction on organizational ingenuity at Al-Wataniya Private University, where the descriptive analytical approach was adopted in conducting this study, and the quantitative method was used by using a questionnaire dedicated to this study, in order to measure the research variables. This study was conducted on the National Private University in Hama Governorate, whose number of subjects was (60) employees in the administrative departments. The study showed that the employees of the National Private University have strategic orientations to a relatively high degree, and the effects of those trends are evident in light of the difficult circumstances that the country and universities are going through, the most prominent of which was COVD19. The National University also has a relatively high degree of organizational prowess, as well as a significant and positive impact between the strategic direction in its dimensions and the organizational prowess of the National Private University. Among the proposals recommended by the study: Strengthening the strategic orientations of the university’s employees with the crystallization of organizational ingenuity and consolidation among the employees with a strategic and in-depth extent that enables creativity and excellence and strives to explore opportunities and make optimal use of the available energies. Finally, the study presented a set of axes that later studies could work on and research on.
