المستخلص: هدف الدراسة الحالية تعرف واقع برامج التدريب الميداني في كلية التربية بجامعة البعث في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطالبات المعلمات، لتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، من خلال استبيان مكون من 90 بند موزعة على أريع محاور هي: محتوى الخطة، تنفيذ الخطة، المشرفين على الزمر، الصعوبات التي تواجه الخطة على عينة مؤلفة من 326 طالبة معلمة رياض أطفال في كلية التربية بجامعة البعث. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن متوسط درجة واقع برامج التدريب الميداني في كلية التربية بجامعة البعث في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر الطالبات المعلمات من حيث محتوى الخطة كان قدره 3.81. أما متوسط درجة واقع برامج التدريب الميداني من وجهة نظر الطالبات المعلمات من حيث تنفيذ الخطة، كان قدره 2.37. في حين متوسط درجة واقع برامج التدريب الميداني من وجهة نظر الطالبات المعلمات من حيث المشرفين على الزمر كان بدرجة وقدرها 2.35. ومتوسط درجة الصعوبات التي تواجه تطبيق الخطة كان بدرجة 2.96. كما أن ليس هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط استجابات الطالبات المعلمات على الاستبانة بمحاورها الأربعة تبعا لسنوات الدراسة. ومن إيجابيات الخطة من وجهة نظر الطالبات أنها عكست التنوع، وأكسبتهم معارف متنوعة عن أساليب التعامل مع الأطفال، ومعرفة بطرائق التدريس الحديثة، وقدرة عالية على تحضير الأنشطة، واستراتيجيات تدريسية جديدة. وأهم الصعوبات التي تواجه التدريب الميداني: صعوبة تأمين الروضة للحضور بها، تأخر توزيع الطلبة على المشرفين، أما في جانب تنفيذ الخطة فكانت أن "الأنشطة المطلوبة أكبر من الوقت المتاح، وأما في جانب المشرفين على الزمر المشرف صعب التعامل" ويقلل عدد اللقاءات، وخلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من المقترحات.

The current study aimed to know the reality of field training programs at the College of Education at Al-Baath University in light of the Corona pandemic from the female teacher’s point of view. 90 items distributed over four axes: content of the plan, implementation of the plan, supervisors of groups, and difficulties facing the plan. The results of the study showed that the average degree of reality of field training programs at the College of Education at Al-Baath University in light of the Corona pandemic from the female teacher’s point of view in terms of the content of the plan was 3.81. As for the average degree of reality of the field training programs from the point of view of the female student teachers in terms of implementing the plan, it was 2.37. Whereas, the average degree of the reality of field training programs from the point of view of the female teachers in terms of the supervisors of the groups was a degree of 2.35. The average degree of difficulties facing the implementation of the plan was 2.96. Also, there are no statistically significant differences between the average responses of female student teachers to the questionnaire with its four axes, according to the years of study. Among the advantages of the plan from the students’ point of view is that it reflected the diversity of the plan, and the most important difficulties facing field training: (the difficulty of securing the kindergarten to attend it, the delay in distributing students to the supervisors, and among the most prominent problems that caused poor implementation of the plan from the female teacher’s point of view; “The required activities are greater From the available time, and as for the most prominent problems of implementing the plan related to the supervisors of the groups from the point of view of the female student teachers, “the supervisor is difficult to deal with.” The study concluded with a set of proposals .
