Abstract: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى: تنمية بعض المهارات المهنية لدى الأطفال ذوى الإعاقة العقلية الخفيفة من خلال برنامج قائم علي استراتيجية التعلم التعاوني صمم في ضوء خصائصهم وقدراتهم الخاصة وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (١٦) تلميذة من التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة العقلية الخفيفة، وتم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية (٨) تلميذات من التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة العقلية، ومجموعه ضابطه (٨) تلميذات من التلاميذ ذوي الإعاقة العقلية، طبق عليهم مقياس المستوى الاجتماعي الاقتصادي (إعداد: عبد العزيز الشخص ٢٠٠٦)، مقياس تقييم المهارات المهنية لذوي الإعاقة العقلية (إعداد الباحثة)، برنامج تنمية المهارات المهنية لذوي الإعاقة العقلية (إعداد الباحثة). وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن: توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والقياس البعدي على مقياس تقييم المهارات المهنية للمعاقين عقليا لصالح القياس البعدي. توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية والمجموعة الضابطة في القياس البعدي لمقياس تقييم المهارات المهنية للمعاقين عقليا لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس البعدي والقياس التتبعي في تقييم المهارات المهنية للمعاقين عقليا لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. كما قدمت الدراسة التطبيقات العلمية المتمثلة في: مقياس تقييم المواهب الخاصة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية. وبرنامج تنمية المواهب الخاصة للأطفال ذوي الإعاقة العقلية.

The present study aims to Developing some professional skills for children with mild mental retardation through a program based on a cooperative learning strategy designed in the light of their special characteristics and abilities. The study sample consisted of (16) female students with mild mental retardation, and they were divided into two groups, an experimental group (8) female students with mental retardation, and a control group (8) female students with mental retardation. The socioeconomic level scale was applied to them. (Prepared by: Abdul Aziz Al-Ghass 2006), the professional skills assessment scale for people with mental retardation (prepared by the researcher), the professional skills development program for people with mental retardation (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study resulted in- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the tribal and remote measurements on the professional skills assessment scale for the in favor of mentally retarded children he post measurement.- There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and the control group in the post-measurement of the professional skills assessment scale for the in mentally retarded children avor of the experimental group.- There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the post-measurement and follow-up measurement in evaluating the professional skills of the in fav mentally retarded children or of the experimental group. Scientific applications: Scale for assessing the special talents of children with mentally retarded children. A program for developing professional skills for children with mentally retarded children
