المستخلص: تعرف ظاهرة العنف مؤخرا ضد الممارسة الطبية من طرف المرضى ومرافقيهم مستويات غير مسبوقة، ويشكل المركز الاستشفائي الجامعي بمدينة عنابة أحسن مثال، حيث استغرقت ملاحظها فيه مدة ستة أشهر، لامست عينات من مجموع الأطباء الممارسين، المرضى ومرافقيهم والإدارة، وتوصلت الدراسة: يتبلور السلوك الإيجابي بين الطرفين في حال التعاون، وقد يكون عدائي، يبقى المريض في كل الأحوال هو الحلقة الأكثر تضررا فيزيقيا وسيكو-سوسيولوجيا.

The high level of violence in the field of medical practice exercised by patients and their companions is increasing significantly; the University Hospital Center in Annaba is the best example, as it took six months to observe it. It included samples of practicing doctors, patients and their companions, and the hospital administration. Positive behaviors can occur between the two parties in the case of cooperation, but they can also generate hostile positions. Nevertheless, the patient remains the most affected on the psycho-sociological and physical level.

Le phénomène des violences exercées par les patients et leurs compagnons contre de la pratique médicale a récemment connu à des niveaux sans précédent, d’ailleurs, le Centre Hospitalier Universitaire d'Annaba (CHU Annaba) en est le meilleur exemple car il a fallu six mois pour observer ces violences où nous avons interagi avec des échantillons du nombre total de médecins praticiens, de patients et de leurs compagnons, et de l'administration. L'étude a conclu que le comportement positif entre les deux parties apparait dans la coopération, et il peut être hostile.
