المستخلص: Labor conflicts are one of the most serious obstacles that hinder the progress of health facilities, those conflicts may be behind the deterioration of health service. This survey attempts to explore this social and organizational phenomenon present in national health facilities, to find the real reasons behind them as well as the appropriate means, mechanisms and modalities that are likely to settle them. It also aims to discover the important role that labor unions are supposed to play in order to settle work conflicts

Les conflits du travail sont une entrave au progrès des établissements de santé, susceptibles d’entrainer par conséquent la dégradation du niveau de leur service. Cette étude tente d’explorer ce phénomène social et organisationnel présent dans les établissements hospitaliers, d’en connaitre les causes ainsi que les moyens, les modalités et les mécanismes susceptibles de régler ces conflits et de découvrir le rôle du syndicat des établissements de santé dans leur règlement.

تعد نزاعات العمل واحدة من أصعب المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق المؤسسات الصحية في الجزائر للأهداف والسياسات التي تتطلع إليها، فتؤدي إلى تقهقر مستوى الخدمة الصحية المقدمة للمواطنين. تهدف دراستنا هذه إلى سبر أغوار هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية التنظيمية التي لا تخلو منها أية بيئة عمل من أجل معرفة مسبباتها والأنماط الفردية والجماعية التي تتخذها داخل المؤسسة الصحية من جهة، والآليات والطرق المنتهجة في تسوية نزاعات العمل ودور نقابة المؤسسة الصحية في ذلك، من جهة أخرى.
