|a هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن واقع مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة إربد للقيادات التربوية في صنع القرار الإداري، والتعرف إلى مقترحات تطوير مشاركة المعلمين في صنع القرار الإداري. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الكمي، من خلال إعداد استبانة مكونة من (۳۷) فقرة، وسؤال مفتوح. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (٣٢٦) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الثانوية الحكومية في محافظة إربد. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية للقيادات التربوية في صنع القرار الإداري جاء بمستوى متوسط، كما أشارت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في مشاركة المعلمين للقيادات التربوية في صنع القرار الإداري تعزى لمتغيري الجنس والمؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق تعزى لمتغير الخبرة العملية بين الذين لديهم خبرة عملية (أقل من ١٠ سنوات)، والذين لديهم خبرة عملية (۱۰ سنوات فأكثر)، لصالح الذين لديهم خبرة عملية (۱۰ سنوات فأكثر)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أبرز المقترحات التي جاءت لتطوير مشاركة معلمي المدارس الثانوية الحكومية للقيادات التربوية في صنع القرار الإداري، المقترح الذي ينص على "اعتماد آليات فاعلة في وزارة التربية والتعليم للعمل على تطوير مشاركة المعلمين في صنع القرارات الإدارية"، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى، وبأعلى تكرار.
|b The study aimed to reveal the reality of the participation of governmental secondary school teachers in Irbid governorate for educational leaders in administrative decision-making, and to identify proposals for developing the participation in administrative decision-making. To achieve the objectives of the study, a quantitative descriptive approach was used, by preparing a questionnaire consisted of (37) items, and an open question. The study sample consisted of (326) male and female teachers. The results of the study showed that the reality of secondary school teachers' participation of educational leaders in administrative decision-making was moderate level. The results indicated that there were no differences in the participation of teachers of educational leaders in administrative decision-making due to the variables of gender and educational qualification, and that there were differences due to the practical experience variable between those who have experience (less than years), and those who have experience ( years or more), in favor of those who have practical experience (1 years or more). The results showed that the most prominent proposals to develop the participation in administrative decision-making, the proposal "the adoption of effective mechanisms in the Ministry of Education to work on developing the participation of teachers in administrative decision-making", in the first rank, and the highest frequency.
