المستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة الموجودة بين الذكاء الوجداني والتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام مقياس الذكاء الوجداني والتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي وبعد توزيعها على عينة مكونة من 57 أستاذا موزعين على 20 متوسطة وفق منهج وصفي، حيث وجد مستوى متوسط في الذكاء الوجداني، ووجدنا أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الذكاء الوجداني والتكيف النفسي والاجتماعي وهي علاقة قوية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الذكاء الوجداني والحالة الاجتماعية كما توجد فروق في التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي تعزي لمتغير الحالة الاجتماعية وعدد سنوات العمل.

The study objective is to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and the psychological and social adjustment of teachers of physical education, using the scale of intelligence and adaptation after being distributed to a sample 57 teachers spread over 20 seconds according to a descriptive approach. It has been found that there is a positive correlation between emotional intelligence and adaptation, hence a strong relationship, and there are differences in statistical significance in emotional intelligence and social status, as well as differences in self-adaptation Social status of experience.

L’objectif d’ étude est identifier la relation entre l’intelligence émotionnelle et l’adaptation psychologique et sociale des enseignants de l’éducation physique, en utilisant l’échelle de l’intelligence et l’adaptation après avoir été distribuée à un échantillon de 57 enseignants répartis sur 20 sième selon une approche descriptive. On a constaté qu'il existe une corrélation positive entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et l’adaptation, donc une relation forte, et il existe des différences de signification statistique dans l'intelligence émotionnelle et la situation sociale, ainsi que des différences dans l'auto-adaptation Statut social de l’expérience.
