المستخلص: The current study aims to legalize the Maslach psychological combustion test applied to the professors of physical education and sports working in the schools of the state of Messila, and to identify the psychometric characteristics of the test and its compatibility with the characteristics of good testing.
To achieve the objectives of the current study, we used the descriptive approach and applied the test to a representative sample of the research community, consisting of 84 professors of physical education and sports in the state of Messila.
To answer the questions of the study, several of the following statistical analyses have been used:
Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient of vertebrae with the total score of the test, test persistence coefficient (to calculate the split half reliability using the formula of Spearman Brown and Getman, and internal consistency using Alpha Cronbach) fidelity of a test to (calculate factorial analysis and truthfulness of internal consistency).
The following conclusions were reached:
- Maslach psychological combustion test has a high degree of honesty and this is demonstrated by the results of practical honesty and the truthfulness of internal consistency.
-The Maslach psychological combustion test has a high degree of stability, as demonstrated by the indicators obtained from the calculation of persistence such as Cronbach's alpha coefficient and split half reliability.

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تقنين اختبار ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي والمطبق على أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية العاملين بثانويات ولاية المسيلة، وإلى التعرف على الخصائص السيكومترية للاختبار ومدى اتفاقها مع خصائص الاختبار الجيد.
ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة الحالية استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي وتطبيق الاختبار على عينة ممثلة لمجتمع البحث، بلغ عددها 84 أستاذا للتربية البدنية والرياضية بولاية المسيلة.
وللإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة تم استخدام العديد من التحليلات الإحصائية الآتية:
المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، معامل ارتباط بيرسون للفقرات مع الدرجة الكلية للاختبار، معامل ثبات الاختبار (لحساب التجزئة النصفية باستخدام معادلة سبيرمان براون وجيتمان، والاتساق الداخلي باستخدام معادلة ألفا كرونباخ)، معامل صدق الاختبار لحساب (التحليل العاملي وصدق الاتساق الداخلي).
وتم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية:
- تمتع اختبار ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي بدرجة عالية من الصدق وهذا ما دلت عليه نتائج الصدق العاملي وصدق الاتساق الداخلي.
- تمتع اختبار ماسلاش للاحتراق النفسي بدرجة عالية من الثبات وهذا ما دلت عليه المؤشرات المتحصل عليها من حساب الثبات كمعامل ألفا كرونباخ والتجزئة النصفية.


La présente étude vise à codifier le test de Maslash pour la combustion psychologique appliqué aux enseignants d'éducation physique travaillant aux niveaux secondaires de l'État de M'sila, et à identifier les caractéristiques psychométriques du test et sa compatibilité avec les caractéristiques du bon test.
Pour atteindre les objectifs de la présente étude, nous avons utilisé l’approche descriptive et l’application du test sur un échantillon représentatif de la communauté des chercheurs, qui a touché 84 professeurs d’éducation physique et de sports de l’état de M'eila.
Plusieurs analyses statistiques ont été utilisées pour répondre aux questions de l’étude:
La moyenne, l'écart type, le coefficient de corrélation de Pearson pour les paragraphes avec le score total au test, le coefficient de stabilité du test (pour le calcul à mi-parcours à l'aide de l'équation de Spearman Brown et Geitman et la cohérence interne à l'aide de l'équation d'Alpha Kronbach).
Les résultats suivants ont été obtenus:
- Test Maslash de combustion psychologique avec un haut degré d'honnêteté et c'est ce qui a été démontré par les résultats d'honnêteté et de crédibilité de la cohérence interne.
- Profitez du test de l'éclair de combustion psychologique avec un haut degré de stabilité et c'est ce que démontrent les indicateurs obtenus à partir du calcul de la stabilité en tant que facteur Alpha Cronbach et de la fragmentation à moyen terme.
