المستخلص: تروم هذه الدراسة تسليط الضوء على ملامح البطل الإشكالي في رواية: "الرقص على أسنة الرماح"؛ لرحاب أبي زيد، وقد اتكأت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الذي يعنى بوصف الظاهرة بجميع ملامحها، ومن ثم تحليلها، واهتمت بتحرير مفهوم البطل الإشكالي في أهم الدراسات النقدية العربية والغربية، وتقديم تعريف عن ولادة الإشكالية في الرواية النسائية السعودية، ثم توفير تحليل موسع يكشف عن ملامح البطل الإشكالي في المدونة المختارة. ومن أبرز نتائجها حضور البطل الإشكالي في الرواية النسائية السعودية منذ ظهورها، وأن إشكاليته الثورية هي سمته اللافتة التي برزت في هذا النص؛ لدوافع ثقافية واجتماعية ونفسية متنوعة، فرضها واقع الرواية الذكوري على البطلة، وعلى فئتها الاجتماعية التي تنتمي إليها، جعلت البطل يستمر في الاحتجاج والانتفاضة ضد القيم الاجتماعية والثقافية المغايرة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تقصي مظاهر هذا البطل في الروايات السعودية التي ظهرت في العقد الثاني وما بعده من الألفية الثالثة، وأكدت أهمية الوقوف على أسباب تشكل ملامح البطل الثوري في الروايات السعودية المعاصرة، وذلك من خلال تضافر المناهج النقدية والدراسات البينية؛ للوصول لصورة واقعية ومنطقية عما يعيشه أبطال هذه الروايات من تأزم وحيرة وغربة في مجتمعاتهم.

The current study attempts to shed light on the features of the problematic heroine in “Arraqṣ ʿalā Asinnat Arrimāḥ” by Rehab Abu Zaid. For this purpose, it adopts the descriptive analytical method, which first describes the literary phenomenon with all its features, then proceeds to analyze it. Hence, it begins by investigating the concept of the problematic hero in the most important Western and Arab critical studies. Following this, it briefly discusses the emergence of the ‘problematic’ and its hero in the Saudi women’s novel. Finally, the discussion switches its attention to exploring the features of the problematic hero in the selected sample. The analysis reveals that the problematic hero has been present in the Saudi women’s novel since its first appearance. However, in this particular novel, the problematic heroine is distinguished by her rebelliousness, which has emerged due to the cultural, social and psychological motives imposed on her by the patriarchal society. Therefore, with her faith and constant work, she struggles and protests opposing values to achieve her visions for the future and those of the social group to which she belongs. The study recommends investigating the manifestations of this hero in the Saudi novels of the second decade and beyond of the third millennium. Additionally, it recommends identifying the major reasons for the formation of the features of the rebellious hero in contemporary Saudi novels. This is achieved by a combination of critical approaches and interdisciplinary studies in order to reach a realistic picture of the crisis, confusion and alienation experienced by the problematic heroes of these novels.
