هدف البحث إلى إبراز أهم الحقوق التي كفلها الإسلام للطفل في مرحلة التربية للطفولة المبكرة من حياته، كما هدف البحث تطوير التعليم ما قبل المدرسي بإجراء دراسات تربوية لبعض جوانب الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم (دراسة فلسفية تحليلية لمعلمات رياض الأطفال)، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الاستنباطي، وتوصل لعدد من النتائج منها: ١-أن الإسلام سبق الأنظمة الحديثة بعشرات القرون في ضمان حقوق الطفل في مختلف مراحله العمرية. ٢-هناك حاجة ماسة لتطوير التعليم قبل المدرسي من منظور إسلامي في ضوء جوانب الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم. 3-حث الطلاب على القيام ببعض البحوث والدراسات المتعلقة ببيان جوانب الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم، واستنباط الدراسات التربوية منها، واختيار المتميز منها ونشره بالمجلات العلمية. 4-اعتماد تطوير المناهج على مراعاة الأهداف التربوية للمناهج المختلفة في جميع التخصصات مؤصلة تأصيلا إسلاميا، مع مراعاة الدراسات التربوية الواردة من الخارج والمتفقة مع قيمنا وعاداتنا الإسلامية عند بناء المناهج وفقا للمناهج الحديثة. 5-تطبيق مستويات التفكير لتشجيع الطلاب على التفوق في دراستهم في مراحل التعليم قبل الجامعي، والأخذ بمدخل الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم وبخاصة مع التقدم العلمي والتقني والتكنولوجي في القرن الواحد والعشرين. وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج يوصي الباحث بـ: 1-أوصى البحث بضرورة وضع ميثاق للطفل مستمد من الشريعة الإسلامية. 2-تبنى المسئولين بوزارة التربية والتعليم خطة لإعادة تأهيل المديرين ومعلمات رياض الأطفال في التربية والتعليم في مجال الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم لجميع مراحل التعليم عامة، ورياض الأطفال خاصة. 3-حث الطلاب على القيام ببعض البحوث والدراسات المتعلقة ببيان جوانب الإعجاز العلمي في القرآن الكريم، واستنباط الدراسات التربوية منها، واختيار المتميز منها ونشره بالمجلات العلمية. 4-قيام القائمين على تطوير المناهج بوزارة التربية والتعليم بتعديل محتويات المواد الدراسية بها من منطلق ديني يناسب روح العصر التقني والتكنولوجي.
The research aimed to highlight the most important rights guaranteed by Islam to the child in the early childhood education stage of his life. The research also aimed to develop pre-school education by conducting educational studies for some aspects of the scientific miracle in the Holy Qur’an (a philosophical analytical study for kindergarten teachers), and the researcher used the descriptive approach. Analytical and deductive approach, and reached a number of results, including: 1.The research recommended the necessity of developing a charter for the child derived from Islamic Sharia. 2.There is an urgent need to develop pre-university education from an Islamic perspective in light of the aspects of the scientific miracle in the Holy Qur’an. 3.Urging the students to do some research and studies related to clarifying the aspects of scientific miracles in the Holy Qur’an, and deducing educational studies from them, selecting the distinguished ones and publishing them in scientific journals. 4.Adopting the development of curricula on taking into account the educational objectives of the different curricula in all disciplines, rooted in Islam, taking into account the educational studies received from abroad and consistent with our Islamic values and customs when building curricula in accordance with modern curricula. 5.Applying levels of thinking to encourage students to excel in their studies in the pre-university education stages, and adopting the approach of scientific miracles in the Noble Qur’an, especially with scientific, technical and technological progress in the twenty-first century. In light of the research findings, the researcher recommends the following: 1.Islam preceded modern systems by tens of centuries in ensuring the rights of the child at all stages of life. 2.Officials at the Ministry of Education have adopted a plan to rehabilitate principals and teachers in education in the field of scientific miracles in the Noble Qur’an for all the different stages of education. 3.Urging the students to do some research and studies related to explaining the aspects of scientific miracles in the Noble Qur’an, and eliciting educational studies from them, selecting the distinguished ones and publishing them in scientific journals. 4.Those responsible for developing the curricula at the Ministry of Education amend the contents of the school subjects from a religious standpoint that fits the spirit of the technical and technological age.
