المستخلص: موضوع البحث: دراسة الفنقلات (الإيرادات والأجوبة عليها في تفسير الطبري)، ما معناها؟، وما أنواعها؟، وتحليل ما ورد في سورة الفاتحة من أسئلة وصدر سورة البقرة. هدف البحث: 1- تتبع الفنقلات عن الطبري في تفسيره وجمعها جمعا مستقصيا؛ لتكون زادا تفسيريا ينفـي عن المعاني ما يورد عليها، ويظهر الرأي والنظر عنده في أنصع صوره؛ أدلة وبراهين، ودفعا لإيراد، وفوائد لغوية بلاغية، وأوجها لسانية فصاحا. ٢- دراسة هذه الإيرادات وأجوبتها مع الموازنة والتحليل. ٣- استخلاص ما في هذه الأسئلة والأجوبة من براهين المعاني وأدلتها، ونكات الآيات ولطائفها في أسلوب يثير كامن الاهتمام، ويستجلب دواعي العناية، مع الموازنة وتحليل مضامينها بأسفار التفسير الأخرى. مشكلة البحث: عمق المسائل التي ساقها الطبري رحمة الله في الفنقلات التفسيرية، واكتنازها على مسائل مهمة ودقيقة، تستوجب درسها وتحليلها، وإظهار معالم التفسير بالرأي عند ابن جرير الذي حوت هذه الفنقلات جانبا كبيرا منه. أهم النتائج المستفادة من البحث: ١- الفنقلات وأجوبة التساؤلات في جامع البيان مظهر من مظاهر علو كعب الطبري في التفسير؛ فهو لا يذكر الآثار المسندة فحسب، بل يحقق الأقوال ويمايز بينها بالأدلة والقرائن، مبرزا قدرة وملكة واسعة في الاحتجاج للأقوال وتأييد ما يرجحه من تأويلات، ونفي ما يورد عليها من إشكال أو يكتنفها من غامض قول أو اعتراض معترض. ٢- إمامة الطبري للتفسير بالرأي والنظر لا تقل عن إمامته للتفسير بالأثر والرواية، ومن دلائلها هذه الفنقلات وأجوبة الإيرادات. ٣- حوت هذه الفنقلات والإيرادات- في جملة منها- القضايا اللغوية والنكات البلاغية التي تضمنها تفسير الطبري، وفي سورة الفاتحة فقط، من هذه القضايا (٣) فنقلات، وعليه فمن أراد معرفة البيانيات بفنونها في تفسير الجامع، فإن قطوفا منها كامنة في هذه الأسئلة والأجوبة الطبرية.

Research Topic: The study of dialectics (citations and responses to them in the Exegesis of At-Tabari). What do they mean? What are their types? Analysis of questions on surah al-Fatiha and beginning of surah al-Baqarah. Research Objective: 1- Investigating dialectics of at-Tabari in his exegesis and compiling them comprehensively so that it will be an exegesis provision which negates criticisms on them and highlight his opinion and reasoning in the clearest form, evidence and proofs, defense of citation, grammatical benefits and linguistic perspectives. 2- Study of these citations and their responses with comparison and analysis. 3- Deriving evidences and proofs of meanings in these questions and answers, and meticulous meanings of verses in a style that will elicit hidden concern in addition to comparison and analysis of its contents using other books of exegesis. Research Problem: Depth of the issues raised by at-Tabari (may Allah have mercy on him) in dialectical exegesis when joined to other important and meticulous matters necessitates their study and analysis, and highlighting elements of exegesis by opinion according to Ibn Jarir of which these dialectics contain a great deal of them. Research findings: 1- Dialectics and responses to questions in Jami’ al Bayan are manifestations of the high ranking of at-Tabari in exegesis. He does not only states chains of narration but also investigates views and distinguishes them with proofs and circumstantial evidences, manifesting great capability in debate and supporting his preferred meanings with strong arguments and also refuting criticism on them or clarifying ambiguities surrounding them. 2- Leadership of at-Tabari in the area of exegesis by opinion and reasoning is not less than his leadership in the area of exegesis by narrations and this is indicated by these dialectics and responses to citations. 3- These dialectics and citations contains linguistics matters and eloquence which the exegesis of at-Tabari comprises. In surah al-Fatiha alone there are (3) dialectics hence, whoever wants to know the explanations and their various fields in tafsir al-Jami’, the fruits are hidden in these questions and responses of at-Tabari.
