المستخلص: موضوع البحث: جمع الأحاديث التي استدل بها المخالفون لأهل السنة والجماعة الدالة على بدء تشريع الأذان قبل الهجرة النبوية، ودراستها دراسة نقدية، والحكم عليها. أهداف البحث: ١-جمع الأحاديث الدلة على بدء تشريع الأذان قبل الهجرة، وتخريجها، ودراستها دراسة نقدية. ٢-بيان بطلان قول أهل البدع في مسألة بدء تشريع الأذان قبل الهجرة، ومخالفتهم لأهل السنة والجماعة. ٣-بيان براءة أهل السنة والجماعة ما قذفهم به مخالفوهم. مشكلة البحث: زعم مؤلف كتاب (الأذان بين الأصالة والتحريف) مخالفة أهل السنة والجماعة لما هو ثابت في دواوين السنة المطهرة في شأن بدء الأذان، وأنه كان قبل الهجرة النبوية. فما هذه الأحاديث التي استدل بها المخالفون؟ وهل ثبتت؟ ومتى شرع الأذان؟ وكيف كان ينادى للصلاة قبل الهجرة؟ أهم نتائج البحث: عدم ثبوت الأحاديث التي استدل بها المخالفون والدالة على أن بدء الأذان كان في العهد المكي، وبطلان قولهم. أن بدء تشريع الأذان كان بعد الهجرة بإجماع أهل السنة والجماعة.

Research Topic: Compilation of ahadith used by those who contradict Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ which indicate beginning of legislation of call to prayer before the Prophetic migration, studying them critically and judging them. Research Objective: 1- Compilation of ahadith which indicate beginning of legislation of call to prayer before the Prophetic migration, and studying them critically. 2- Explaining the invalidity of the view of the people of innovation on the issue of beginning of legislation of call to prayer before the Prophetic migration and their contradiction of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’. 3- Explaining the innocence of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ concerning what they have been accused of. Research Problem: The author of the book (the call to prayer-between authenticity and distortion) claimed the Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ contradicted what is established in the books of Sunnah concerning the issue of the beginning of the call to prayer, arguing that it was legislated before the Prophetic migration. Hence, what are these ahadith that those who contradict Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ use as proof and are they authentic? When was the call to prayer legislated and how was the call to prayer made before migration? Research Findings: The ahadith which indicate the beginning of the call to prayer during the meccan period are not authentic and the view of those who contradict Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’ is invalid. The beginning of the legislation of call to prayer was after the migration by the consensus of Ahlu Sunnah wal Jama’.
