المستخلص: This paper is based on a research-intervention of a socio-economic nature within the Emergency-Anesthesia-Resuscitation services of a University Hospital Center. More precisely, it is a qualimetric study adopting three stages among the four developed by the socio-economic intervention research protocol: diagnosis, proposal and implementation. Being transformative, this research is based on in-depth observation and qualimetry. The first step is to qualitatively identify the dysfunctions that compromise the normal functioning of the services and to quantitatively and financially evaluate their impacts. Secondly, we propose functional and organic actions contributing to the design of a socio-economic dashboard for an efficient, proactive and stimulating management.

Ce papier se fonde sur une recherche-intervention dont le but est de transposer l’approche socioéconomique au sein des services Urgences-Anesthésie Réanimation d’un Centre Hospitalo-Universitaire. Plus précisément, il s’agit d’une étude qualimétrique adoptant trois étapes parmi les quatre développées par le protocole de recherche intervention socioéconomique: diagnostic, proposition et mise en place. Adoptant une visée transformative, cette recherche s’appuie sur l’observation approfondie et la Qualimétrie. Il s’agit dans un premier temps d’identifier qualitativement les dysfonctionnements compromettant le fonctionnement normal des services et d’évaluer quantitativement et financièrement leurs impacts. Il s’agit dans un second temps de proposer des actions fonctionnelles et organiques contribuant à la conception d’un tableau de bord socioéconomique pour un pilotage efficace, proactif et stimulant.
