المستخلص: يتميز المجتمع الجزائري بخصوصية غذائية متنوعة عبر مختلف مناطق التراب الوطني، مما أثار اهتمامنا لدراسة الظاهرة الغذائية وعلاقتها بالمرأة من المنظور السوسيولوجي في خضم المجتمع الافتراضي، حيث نعتبر أن الطبخ مهمة نسوية محضة، متوارثة عبر أجيال متعاقبة للحفاظ على العادات والتقاليد الغذائية ذات الدلالات الرمزية، وقيم مهمة كالكرم والضيافة، المتعارف عليه اجتماعيا بالوليمة أو العرضة. سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعرض إلى دور الغذاء في المحافظة على التماسك الاجتماعي في ظل الحجر المنزلي الذي سجن الجزائريين بمنازلهم خوفا من عدوى فيروس كورونا. وجدت المرأة لنفسها متنفسا عبر ممارستها الطبخ في ظل الظروف الصعبة التي تعيشها منذ أشهر، فأصبحت صفحات الطبخ بالفيسبوك الفضاء الافتراضي الحصري لتواصل النسوة لتجعل منه فضاءا مهما للمحافظة على الروابط الاجتماعية بأسرتها ومجتمعها. تحولت صفحات الفيسبوك على إثر هذا إلى مصدر لاكتشاف وتعلم أطباق فن الطبخ الراقي (أوروبي، خليجي، آسيوي...)، مما طورها من طباخة الأسرة إلى طباخة محترفة ودفعها لطموح تحقيق مشاريع مستقبلية.

Algerian society is distinguished by its diverse nutritional characteristics across all regions of the country, which has aroused our interest in studying the food phenomenon and its relationship with women from a sociological perspective in the midst of the virtual community. We consider that cooking is a purely feminist task, inherited from generations to preserve the habits and traditions of food with symbolic significance, and important values such as generosity and hospitality, which are socially recognized by the feast or the offering. This is why we will try through this article to attack the role of food in the preservation of social cohesion in the shadow of the home quarantine that imprisoned Algerians in their homes for fear of the Coronavirus infection. Women have found themselves in a culinary culture under the difficult conditions they have been living for months, making Facebook's cooking pages the exclusive virtual space for women to connect to make it an important space for preserving social ties with their family and society. Facebook pages have thus become a source of discovery and learning of fine-dining (European, Gulf, Asian, and so on), from family cooking to a professional cook and pushing it to the ambition of future projects.

La société algérienne est caractérisée par la richesse des spécificités régionales de son modèle alimentaire, ce qui a suscité notre intérêt pour étudier d’un point de vue sociologique, les pratiques culinaires des femmes dans une communauté virtuelle, compte tenu que ces dernières sont dans la société algérienne ont pu au fil des générations successives, préserver les habitudes alimentaires dans leurs significations symboliques par rapport aux traditions, et aux valeurs telles que la générosité et l’hospitalité. Dans cet article, nous tenterons d’aborder le rôle de la nourriture dans le maintien de la cohésion sociale dans le contexte de confinement domestique imposé par le Coronavirus qui a poussé les femmes à exploiter Facebook pour créer un espace virtuel féminin interactif en matière d’innovation gastronomique débouchant, au-delàs des échanges des recettes, au renforcement des liens familiaux et la constitution de nouveaux réseaux d’amitié et de projets individuels et sociaux.
