|a هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل بعض القضايا المتضمنة في "حلقات المناقشات الاستراتيجية" الخاصة بالمعهد الدولي للتخطيط التربوي باليونسكو، وإمكانية الاستفادة منها في تطوير قضايا التخطيط التربوي، وذلك من خلال: إلقاء الضوء على نشأة المعهد الدولي للتخطيط التربوي باليونسكو وأهدافه وأنشطته، وبيان ماهية حلقات المناقشات الاستراتيجية، وأهدافها، وعرض وتحليل القضايا المتضمنة فيها منذ بدايتها، وإبراز أوجه الاستفادة من نتائج الدراسة التحليلية؛ لتطوير قضايا التخطيط التربوي. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي. وتم الوصول إلى رؤية كاشفة عن بعض صور الاستفادة من نتائج الدراسة التحليلية؛ لتطوير مجال البحث في التخطيط التربوي، من خلال تحديد مراحل ثلاث رئيسة -متضمنة لإجراءات وآليات تحقيقها-، وهي: نشر ثقافة البحث في مجال التخطيط التربوي كميا وكيفيا، والبحث في/ عن قضايا بحثية مرتبطة بواقع النظم التعليمية ومجال التخطيط التربوي، وتدعيم تنفيذ البحوث التخطيطية على المستويين الفردي والمؤسسي.
|b This Study aimed at analyzing the issues included in the "strategic debates" of the IIEP at UNESCO, and the possibility of benefiting from them in developing educational planning issues through: shedding light on the establishment, objectives and activities of the IIEP, clarifying the meaning of the strategic debates, their objectives, and the issues they have dealt with since its inception, and the analysis of these issues included within them, and highlighting the ways of benefiting from the results of the analytical study to develop educational planning issues. The study used the descriptive method. The study putting some forms of benefiting from the results of the analytical study; to develop the field of research in educational planning, by defining three main phases including the most important procedures and mechanisms for achieving them. These phases are: spreading the culture of research in the field of educational planning quantitatively and qualitatively, researching/research issues related to the reality of educational systems and the field of educational planning, and strengthening the implementation of planning research at the individual and institutional levels.
