المستخلص: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية بكلية التربية طور الباحة -جامعة لحج- للتفكير النظمي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس. وقد استعان الباحث بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة؛ إذ أعدت لهذه الغاية استبانة مكونة من (39) فقرة موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، هي: التفكير النظمي الموجه نحو الذات، والتفكير النظمي الموجه نحو الآخرين، والتفكير النظمي الموجه نحو العمل. أما تطبيق الاستبانة، فقد كان على عينة عشوائية هي اثنان وثمانون عضوا من هيئة التدريس في كلية التربية طور الباحة. وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة رؤساء الأقسام العلمية بكلية التربية طور الباحة للتفكير النظمي (ككل) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت (متوسطة) تميل إلى أن تكون ضعيفة؛ حيث حصلت على متوسط حسابي بلغ (2.74). أظهرت النتائج: أ- عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 > a) في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس، تعزى لمتغير (المؤهل العلمي). ب- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 > a) في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغير الجنس)، وتكون لجنس الذكور. ج- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05 > a) في تقديرات أعضاء هيئة التدريس تعزى لمتغير (الخبرة) ولصالح أعضاء هيئة التدريس من ذوي الخبرات المتقدمة (أكثر من 20 سنة). ومن عرضنا هذه النتائج المذكورة سلفا، توصلت الدراسة إلى توصيات عديدة، أهمها: - ضرورة قيام الجامعة بتدريب رؤساء الأقسام العلمية، وجميع العاملين فيها على تقنيات التكنلوجيا المتقدمة، تكون بشكل دوري ومستمر. - توعية الفئة المستهدفة بأساليب ممارسة التفكير النظمي في العمل الجامعي، ولا شك أن ذلك يكون بشكل جماعي. - إجراء دراسات عميقة حول التحديات الحالية والمستقبلية، التي تعرقل سير التفكير النظمي وإدارة النظم التربوية والتعليمية، وزيادة الوعي نحو العلاقات المنظومية، وذلك بتوظيف وسائل الإعلام المختلفة.

The study aimed to identify the degree of the practice of the heads of the scientific departments at the Faculty of Education, Tur Al-Baha - University of Lahj - for systems thinking from the point of view of the faculty members. To achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive analytical method was used. A questionnaire consisting of (39) items was designed for this purpose, distributed on three axes: self-oriented systems thinking, others-oriented systems thinking, and action-oriented systems thinking. The questionnaire was applied to a stratified random sample of (82) faculty members from the Faculty of Education, Tur Al- Baha. The results showed that the degree of the practice of the heads of the scientific departments at the College of Education in Al-Baha for the systems thinking (as a whole) from the point of view of the faculty members was (medium) tending to the weak, as it obtained an arithmetic average of (2.74). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (a > 0.05) in the estimates of the faculty members due to the variable (educational qualification), and the results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level (a > 0.05) in the estimates of the faculty members due to the variable of gender) and in favour of the male gender, the results also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level (a > 0.05) in the estimates of faculty members due to the variable (experience) and in favour of faculty members with advanced experiences (more than 20 years). Through these findings, the study recommended several recommendations, the most important of which are: - It is necessary for the university to train the heads of scientific departments and all its employees on advanced technology techniques regularly and continuously. - Awareness of the methods of practising systems thinking in university work and collectively. - Conducting in-depth studies on current and future challenges that impede the functioning of systems thinking and management of educational and educational systems and raising awareness towards systems relations through various media.
