|a نهج البلاغة هو الواقع مختارة من كلمات أمـير المؤمنين رضي الله عنه، تشتمل على الخطب والرسائل والكلمات القصار، وقد قالها أمير المؤمنين رضي الله عنه في مناسبات مختلفة وأوقات متباينة. ولما كانت خطبه ورسائله وكلماته لا تنفصل عن منهجه رضي الله عنه في تغيير أوضاع الأمة الإسلامية وتحقيق السعادة المنشودة لها، فقد جاءت هذه النصوص بصورة وثائق سياسية تحكي مسار الدولة الإسلامية وأساليب إدارتها، وطرق حل مشاكلها، والفنون السياسية المتبعة فيها. والإمام رضي الله عنه كان يعالج مشاكل الأمة وقضايا الدولة بموقف عملي ونظري في آن واحد، فمن زاوية كان يوجه أنظار الناس والولاة وكل المعنيين إلى المشكلة ذاتها، ثم يبين الطرق ويضع الحلول المناسبة لها. ولما كان الاقتصاد غير منفصل عن حيـاة النـاس، فكان من الطبيعي أن يتضمن نهج البلاغة موضوعات اقتصادية تتعلق بمختلف شؤون الدولة والحياة. وبنظرة واحدة سنلاحظ أننا أمام حشد كـبير من نصوص تتضمن أفكار اقتصادية، وهي بحاجة إلى عملية تعدين واستخراج ثم وضعها في نسق منتظم لتصبح بصورة نظرية متكاملة. وتتم العملة خطوتين: الأولى: استخراج النصوص الاقتصادية، وأيضا التي تتضمن استخدامات في مختلف الأنشطة الاقتصادية. الثانية: تصنيف هذه النصوص إلى دائـرة الفقر وأسبابه وعلاجه. ومنهج البحث هو الدخول إلى الحياة من زاوية النصوص الإسلامية وتبويبهـا علـى ضوء حياتها، وهذا المنهج من شأنه أن يؤسس علوما إسلامية لا تشوبها شائبة الحداثة، أما دور العلوم الحديثة فهو فتح آفاق أرحب أمام النص الإسلامي يشق طريقه إلى الحياة كمهنج شامل لا يشوبه النقص، وهو المنهج الذي أخذنا به في الدراسة المقتضبة.
|b Nahj al-Balagha is in fact a selection of the sayings of Amir al-Mu'minin, peace be upon him, which includes sermons, letters and aphorisms, which Amir al-Mu'minin (PBUH) made on different occasions and situations. Since his sermons, letters and aphorisms are not separate from the method he had in changing the situation of the Islamic Ummah and achieving the desired happiness for it, these sayings and texts have come in the form of political documents, which indicate the path of the Islamic government and its administration methods and practices for solving its problems, and the policies followed in it. Imam (PBUH) dealt with people's problems and government issues at the same time. Then, he would direct the attention of the people, governors, and all those involved to the same problem from another angle, then he would explain the methods and provide suitable solutions for it. Since the economy is not separate from people's lives, it is obvious that Nahj al- Balagha includes economic issues related to various affairs of the country and life. At a glance, we realize that we are in front of a lot of texts that contain economic ideas and need an extraction process, then these ideas should be put together in order to form a unified theory. This process is carried out in two stages; first: extraction of economic texts, which at the same time includes cases of use in various economic activities; and second: classification of these texts in the gamut of poverty, its causes and solutions. The research method is studying life from the perspective of Islamic texts and categorizing them based on their author's lives. This method can establish some Islamic sciences which are not defiled by modernity. But the role of new sciences is to open wider horizons for the Islamic texts, which opens its way to life as a comprehensive method that has not been distorted by any defects and shortcomings, and this is the exact method we used to write this thesis.
