|a هدف البحث إلى تحديد الاحتياجات المجتمعية التي تتطلب تطوير برامج إعداد وتأهيل معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي في ضوئها، واستخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسلوب دلفاي المعدل من جولتين، وتمثلت الأداة ف استبانة مكونة (112) فقرة موزعة على ستة مجالات رئيسية، وتكونت العينة من مجموعة خبراء من ذوي العلاقة والاختصاص وبلغ عددهم (26) خبيرا، وبعد جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا بالأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى تصنيف الاحتياجات المجتمعية وفق معايير الجودة والاعتماد الأكاديمي، وحصلت جميعها على نسبة موافقة عالية من الخبراء باعتبارها تمثل أهمية كاحتياج مجتمعي يتم وفقها بناء تصور مقترح لتطوير برامج إعداد وتأهيل معلمي الحلقة الأولى من مرحلة التعليم الأساسي.
|b The research aimed to identify the societal needs that require the development of programs to prepare and qualify teachers of the first cycle of the basic education stage in light of them, and used the analytical descriptive approach, and the modified Delphi method of two rounds, and the tool was a questionnaire consisting of (112) paragraphs distributed over six main areas, and the sample was formed From a group of experts with a relationship and specialization, and their number reached (26) experts, and after collecting data and analyzing them statistically with appropriate statistical methods, the results of the study reached a classification of societal needs according to quality standards and academic accreditation, and all of them obtained a high approval rate from experts as they represent importance as a societal need that is according to Constructing a proposal for the development of programs for preparing and qualifying teachers of the first cycle of basic education.
